Today on the web,i see a phrase,"no pain,no collective gain".We know that the phrase "no pain,no gain" means that one person who doesn't do something trying his best can't get things he wants. But what's the meaning when putting collective between no and gain.I can't make the right explanation.Who knows that, can you tell me ,thanks.
