astrosoccergirl Ohh, she's pretty pushy about it. Half of the time she doesnt even wait for me to get settled before she's trying to curl up on me when I lay down ;) I wonder if the cat having to be higher is a dominance thing, the way it is with dogs...

Right from our childhood we are subjected to so many ghost stories, from the elders in our family to the stories we read, to the films we watch and the chat we have when we grow up with our friends. I was always mystified by...

astrosoccergirl Just because they're not in bodies anymore doesnt mean that they dont think and and dont have feelings, etc. To use sort of a cliche, "ghosts were people, too". Just like people like others to pay attention to them, ghosts do, too.

astrosoccergirl It's less about smelling fear and more about that people give off a lot of energy when they are scared, which the ghosts can absorb and use. My group is against doing cleansings (clearing ghosts out of houses) unless the ghost is violent or harming someone....

astrosoccergirl There's a running joke in my house that whenever I sit down somewhere, I have about 10.2 seconds to get comfortable before I'm not going to be able to move because I'll have at least one cat curling up on me, either across my shoulder or in my lap, etc....

astrosoccergirl *laughs* Awww, that's kind of cute. I'd say the easist way to resolve it would be to cover the reflective surfaces that are on the ground level where she'd normally see them. It may just be a passing phase, though, like kids go through, where she has to figure...
