Are All Internet Money Making Opportunies a Scam?

I've been searching the Internet for free to join online jobs for some time now. I have joined several sites but only a small few of the free to join sites I have found actually had the potential to earn. The payouts are not that big and some are not even worth the effort. The online job sites that are working best for me are article and freelance writing opportunities. What kind of success, if any have you found with online money making opportunities?

Hi anonymousb, welcome to mylot. Hope you will enjoy this money making site. And if you are god writer, and have lots of time to spend here, you will earn some. I have already been paid four times with an amount of $50 and that is quit god considering I have not paid a thing. I could probably earn more if I like, it depend on my own efforts...however, I am not here only for the money, but also for the fun of getting know new people around the world. So yes my friend, there are many oppertunites, however most of them are scam. And most of them also want you to pay in order to earn. There are some sites that are free and where you do earn money. However, that do needs some efforts from your part. There are no "free" ways where you will earn money wihtout doing anythong for your self. But Mylot is in my opinion the best place to be...

Actually i've been looking legitimate online part time jobs more than 3 yrs.as i've observe many are scams than the legitimate one,you can distinguish the scams site that they are asking a fees to be paid and promising those people that they will earn more than what they are getting from their work. You are right there are many freelance sites that you can join to have an online jobs but you need to get focused on them unlike others that you work for even an hour or less.Be careful and make investigation first before you join in other sites for you not to be scammed.

Unfortunately there are more scams than legitimate sites. Nobody seems to be policing the internet so it can get wild out there. There are some legitimate ones, believe me I have been looking for a long time, and they usually do not promise the easy riches the scams do, and in fact they usually pay very little. I find that earing 50 cents an hour is a reasonable expectation, if you make more you are doing well.

Well even i tried my hands on several money making sites......i fell not all but most of the sites are a scam site......if if they are legit ones it can take ages to get their high payout.......specially if you don't invest money in buying their referrals...... And trust me the site which once is legit can soon turn into a scam.......you will never come to know when they will pull off their sites.....so always join sites which have been into this business for quite a long time now...... I personally prefer doing sites which have no minimum payout(you can look for one in my profile) because you know you will at least get paid by them no matter how small the amount may be......and i personally don't believe in investing money in such sites.....because you can never guarantee when their site goes down and along with it all the money is also gone..... Have a nice day !!!!!

No, some are actually legitimate but you can find few. And earning money is also difficult if you want this to become your daily job. You won't earn much unless you spend all of your days online.

I wouldn't say all sites are scams but I've found that a lot are. Most of the ones that aren't scams only allow you to earn very little most of which is from referrals which cause annoying spamming. The most I've made online so far is $10 from a Teen survey site that was actual surveys instead of "Fill in gobs and gobs of pages of your personal information and receive $0.50!". So sometimes I've been lucky finding good ones but lately I've just been signing up them abandoning them.

It is really frustrating. There are a lot more scams than legitimate paying sites. Since you are into writing, you can try out Ciao if you haven't already (the banner is in my profile). There are also several others like Helium and Bukisa for example, but the only one I have been paid by is Ciao.

I have wondered the same thing. I have found sites that say ' free ' but in truth you wind up having to pay cash for something. I don't have the extra cash to use to sign up for any site and even if I did I'd be worried on being scammed myself. This is an good topic to have begin. It shall be interesting to see the posts.

Not all are scams but many are. So you should always do your research before joining a program, working hard, and finding out that it's all a scam in the end.

nope, in fact several internet making opportunities are real, i am working for some freelance writing websites and they do payme, it depends on how many articles you can write in a day, even if you can write 5 articles in a day , you can make as little as 100$ and you can make up to 1,000$ or more depending on how much you can write on daily basis.
