If you heard or read this phrases there's so many opinions come out in your mind. This is the reason my i don't expect anything if i am not sure because it can only be great frustration if it fails. In your own opinion or way of thinking how do you deal this saying?

I deal with it by not considering it at all. Anthing that is going to happen will happen anyway so I don't waste time and making myself a problem by worrying what might happen. There are many people I know who are always saying 'what if such and such happens?' and my response is always the same: 'yeah what it it doesn't?'

Let the things happen is the only way that you won't hurt if it fails. Too much expectation might be dangerous.

If you worry about the bad things that might or might no happen then you risk missing the GOOD things while worrying!

I deal with it like that also. I also think about it in a sense of Murphey's Law also. Whatever can happen, does and will somehow some way, good or bad.

Much better to be ready what will happen next.

Like you, I do my best to not have expectations of a certain outcome since the real outcome is often totally different -- and unexpected.

Good mate! Never expect anything. You will be surprise if that will positively happen and no hurt feelings
