PTC site recommendations wanted, please.

I would like more PTC sites, so please reccommend your sites to me! My requirements are that they give at least 1 cent per click, and the payout is $5 or less. Sites that are known to pay only, please. All my accounts are dead currently, and I would like to get on a few new sites and try this again. Please tell me where I can find your referral links as well, and if I sign on I will gladly come on as your referral. Thanks, everyone!
