no i dont... because for me i think there's really no need to do that now, because when i go to the grocery i only buy the things that we need. and i choose wisely, i dont spend that much because for now we really dont have that much budget.

When I was a young married person I would budget a certain amount on each categorie, and stick to it. That worked well then, but I do not do it now.

for me, it's really hard to budget now, i have to scratch some of the items even though we need it... i buy only those items that we really really need.... this happens most of the time.
but there are other times we have extra cash, and i can give a sigh of relief, then buy those other things not on my list.

Yes, I started doing this a few months ago because I wanted to know how much I spend on things. I don't only do it with groceries though, I do it will all of my spendings!

I do not do it. I would kind of like to, but I am not the only one shopping. My husband will, if he takes a notion, go out and buy a bunch of stuff I am not even aware of. Often it is snacky stuff for him. I think I would do better keeping track of how much we spend on out to eat.
