How can I fix hidden files?

I want to display my hidden files, but I just can do it because of the virus. I just do not know how to fix it. Anyone has any suggestions? Please help me. Do I need to format my laptop?

Yes. You may have to reformat to get them to show again. You can also try to do a system restore also to get them back.

I already fix the problem. There is no need to format and I cannot do system restore because my operating systems does not allow me to do so. Anyway, thanks for the response.
