why i always feel others tell bad to me

one day, i left home ride on the road. one couple persons stop me and let me help them to put something on the car, the women was too weak to carry it to the car. i helped them and carry it to the car. when i left. i feel the women was tell bad to me. like to say . he is too lazy .
why i have this thought?

I have no idea honestly. I know there are just alot of rude people in this world that we live in today.

Hello fwangaa. You know, psychologically speaking, if we were suspicious of something or somebody, then it might seem to be so true to us. So long as you don't think so, this kind of feeling that others are saying something against you won't bother you. I guess you understand what I mean. Do you?
But anyway, you know you are nice and kind as to have helped those people who need your help. How come they say you are lazy? They must be saying that you are a very nice young guy. Agree with me, please?

You didn't actually hear the woman say that--you did a good thing to help them and that's all you can do. Maybe you felt you could help more but you did as they asked. Not everyone would have stopped like you did. You should feel good about your actions!
