The other day,I saw a news report about something.I was so shocked that I forgot.I think possibly it was a cell phone, where you could put your own face in an outline of Jesus. They said that they asked a number of christians and they did not see anything wrong with it.Well,I do.Putting a sinners face in place of the only perfect being there was or is.That is bad to me. Now i am going to hear about how my favorite movie is "Passion of Christ" and there was a sinner portraying Jesus there.Well that is different. The movie was telling the story of Jesus not making fun by taking his place in a picture. What do you think?

It is not right to put your face in the place of that of Jesus. For one thing, we are not supposed to make a representation of Jesus and another thing is that we make ourselves like God when we do. No one knows what Jesus looked like, only that HE was from the human line of David. Besides we do not know whether his face reflected his Heavenly Father or HE resembled his mother, or it was a throwback to David or even like that of Obed or Boaz. HE may have even looked like those paintings where HE has reddish brown long hair and a longish face. It is just that we should worship HIM and not wonder what HE looked like when HE was on Earth.

You are so right. No one really knows what Jesus looked like. The picture of Him in Bibles,in movies, other books is just a guess.

No, it was an i-phone app called Me Jesus that Apple pulled...just like they pulled the shaking baby until it had brain damage app. I saw some coverage of it last night and I also saw a number of Christians say that they had no problem with it but Apple makes the final decision.

That is not something I'm going to get too upset about. If we start getting all up in arms about that, we'll be as oversensitive as the Muslims who are going after the Danes for the Mohammad cartoons. I think the Jesus drawing picture thing is IN VERY VERY BAD TASTE, but I am not going to become so sensitive about it, that I will let people win. If I make them think it bothers me, they will only use more things like that to keep bothering me. Ignore it, and The Lord will know who truly loves Him. If you are not participating in that insanity, He'll know, and be pleased with you for that.

I'm not really sure if they should allow things like that or not. I am sure it caused alot of controversy.

They said that they asked a bunch of christians and that they saw nothing wrong with it.Then in my opinion they are not true christians.
