lose weight

What do you do in spare time,, well my choice is do get some exercise while I take care of the dog,the garden,household shopping ,cleaning up.For most of us,it's hard to find spare time, and it's harder to decide what to do?

Dont care what I do garden water take care of grand daughter who is 4 and takes alot to keep up with her. I seem to be gaining weight and the Doctors dont know why either . and I do have to eat to live you would think with all the running I would lose not gain!

That's not easy I agree,, But if u don't do it now it will be harder later in life,, just as other things are important, at least we should do simple exercise regularly

My school schedule doesn't allow much time for "free time" It is more, can I squeeze in 1o minutes in a day to check e-mail, grab a quick meal, or hold hands with my hubby while we drive somewhere. When I do ind myself with a bit of time on my hands, I enjoy playing golf, reading books or playing solitaire on the computer.

Hi kawalnarang, I know it is difficult sometimes to make time for certain activities. i do go for a walk in the evenings- today I am at home because it is raining, otherwise I would be walking now. I enjoy my evening walk, it refreshes me and I get to meet and exchange greetings with some regulars...At other times, if I find time I go and visit my mother who lives close by and have a chat with her, may be take her out if she wants..

I try to get things done and exercise, too. It seems like we spend our spare time in the same ways! I love going on walks & moving the lawn and doing things like that. And it's actually a great workout.

I know what you mean! There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day for me to do what I need or do what I want to do. When I finally get the spare time, I waste most of it analyzing as to what to do lol Should I read a book, clean out my closet, look for my legitimate sites to earn money, do laundry, answer emails.. the list goes on and on lol - I'm trying to put things in order by importance now. Luckily, I've managed to make exercise a regular part of my day by getting up early in the mornings. Its tiring at times but I know if I don't do it in the morning, I'll never get to it.

Thanks,,,I do it for myself,,, it is 5 minutes ,before I leave my bed,, 10 minutes for the dog soon after ,and 10 minutes for around the house,same way in the evening too ,most of the days,, Others can't do it for me,,

well, i like to go to gym with some friends to do exercise..this can help us to get a good health and also the most important one is to lose weight..we do need to spend a bit of time sometimes to do some exercise to make ourself not only look nice but maintain a healthy body..this can prevent us from getting sick..also, we can do some housework as well..this also can help us to do exercise and release stress at the same time..
