Who is your faourite cartoon or anime villain?

We often talk about our favourite superhero like Superman, Batman etc. Now here is the twist, lets talk about our favourite villain? Sometimes villains are more powerful, well dressed or even handsome or beautiful than heroes/heroines. For example Giganta of Justice League is hotter than Wonder Woman.
My favourite villain is 'Joker' in Batman (The animated series 1992). Almost all of the episodes are dark and serious. Joker is the only person who cracks jokes and made me laugh. He also has strange weapons and side kicks with strange coustumes. I also like Harley Quinn and her style of talking.
So who is your favourite villain?

She was in the show not the movie. She was one of many cat women that they had. She was the black woman that played cat woman. I really liked her as a kid she was better as cat woman and just seemed more evil. You can still find it on line. You have a great day.

My favourite anime or cartoon villain is brutus of popeye because he always comes up with something to get olive oyl but still fails to confront popeye when popeye has eaten spinach but always comes so close in beating popeye. I like his never say die attitude although I don't watch it now!!

Brutus is not evil yet he is a bad guy. Popeye was a proper family show.

Mine was always Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. I really like her to this day. I thought she was so beautiful on the outside and as beautiful as she was she was that evil a character. A classic Disney Villan.

Oooh! Disney movies! I had forgotten about those! I like Randall, the lizard from the Monsters, Inc. movie. You just love to hate him. I also think Ursula from the Little Mermaid is a good one. Maleficent is definitely a good choice. She is the ultimate classic villain. She, and the lady from 101 Dalmations! That woman was a biotch!! LOL

There are two from the Looney Tunes cartoon series. One is the unfortunate Wyle E Coyote who is so intent on catching the Road Runner and painfully fails every time! The other is Sylvester of course, out smarted every time by Tweety Bird. All Sylvester wants is to eat Tweety and he is outwitted by him every time!
Not real powerful, scary villains but fun all the same!

I did not consider Wyle E Coyote or Sylvester as villains. I just thought they were after their food, like other predatory animals.

"Wile E. Coyote. Supergenious." LOL I LOVE roadrunner and coyote cartoons. I too, however, don't see him as a villan. Now, Yosemite Sam may be a villan, and I like him as well. My husband and I currently own all of the Looney Tunes Golden Collections. There are six out now (they are saying no more are coming out), and we have them all! We watch them on weekend mornings when making bacon and eggs for breakfast.

Wow! You stole my Wyle E Coyote! He's also my favorite...always creating these fabulous machines and gadgets to catch that roadrunner, but no matter what, he's falling into a deep gorge! I love it that cartoon charactors never die...Poor Wyle E. wouldn't have made it past the first episode! Yes, love Sylvester too...Love the old cartoons!lol

Thanks Vanillrey for this discussion. Joker for me is the best all time villain. How I wish he will beat Batmah . mya favorite part that koker did is that when he put a pencil into tha table and said now you see me and then smashed it into a persons head.

my favorite anime villan is Majin Buu of dragon ball z...
the most powerfull villan....took almost all forms..the z warriors took almost all steps to destroy him..but they were unable to beat the buu..
his appearance is really nice...
he even bounced back the spirit bomb of Goku..
he is the best villan ...

I know you already had this villain butmy fav is Wyle E Coyote! I say his my fav, actually he is the one who most sticks in my mind as the villian that terrefied me as a child! I believed that he would run out of the rooms upstairs and lean over the banister then scoop me up in a big net as I ran down the stairs. Crazy I know bit true.

Mojo jojo was my favourite villain also. Since the show stopped long time ago I had forgotten about him. His style of talking was impressive. I liked the episode where Bubbles looses her memory and thinks and talks like Mojo jojo.

The Mighty Monarch! He takes the bumblingness of the Looney Tunes 'villains' (I still think Wile Coyote was RIGHT) and the hate filled rage towards the hero from most super villains. Plus he's one of the main characters of the Venture Bros. which is hands down my favorite cartoon.

You are absolutely right about villains being more beautiful, powerfull or weldressed some of the times. I'll have to think long and hard though to make one choice about who is my favourite villian. It used to be Maleficent, the with from disneys Sleeping Beauty. But there are a lot of others that I like aswell.
Captain Hook for example has that certain charisma that I was talking about. This becomes way more obvious in the 'real' movie which also stars Rob Williams.

I think my favorite villain would have to be Nightcrawler of the X-men series. Shape-shifters rock. I also love, love, love Mystique. However, I also like Cat Woman and Poison Ivy of Batman fame.
Never been into Anime, so I have no idea who any of the villains are there.

My all time top favorite superhero is SUPERMAN!!!!
I love superman, lol.
And my favorite supervillain would have to be either Brainiac or Lex Luthor.
Both are extremely smart, both are very hard to beat. There is an episode of justice league where Lex and Brainiac are combined, and The Flash stopped him by speeding around the WORLD to take him apart piece by piece. If no one but the flash could stop him, that makes those 2 very worthy opponents.
P.S. I think Wonder Woman is hotter than Gigantica (My Opinion)
