R U one of the ones that got the stimulus check?

I was going to the mailbox Saturday and my neighbor asked me what is wrong with our mail carrier? The mail person has been delivering our mail later than usual. My neighbor was waiting on his stimulus check from the government. Sure enough when the mailmail did deliver the mail he got his stimulus check. The checks are being given to people on social security, and disability.
Have you gotten your check, I am not eligible for one of these checks and won't go into details about my neighbor (the crook and his eligibility.)
Are you eligible? Did you get your check? They are in the mail.

I did not get a check. But my paychecks did get bigger! If you check your withholdings, you may notice that they changed from the beginning of the year until now. So even though I am not getting the money in one lump sum, I am still getting it!
I just cant wait for my tax refund! There were so many problems with it this year. It is a pretty good one too. I have plans for that money! I cant wait to pay down some of our debt with it.
I think it is crazy that your neighbor was so upset about the check taking so long to get there! It was money that he didnt know was coming until recently. There is no reason he couldnt have waited another day for it. And if it was that important that he have it as soon as possible, he should have all of his social security direct deposited into his bank account!

That is how we get our checks whenever possible. We did not get a notification today, so chances are it is not there yet.

My husband is on Social Security and will get a check. I know some were delivered today, and I wanted him to check on his tomorrow. It was too late when I got home to remind him tonight. It will go fast, I am sure. Everything goes fast here. I hope to use it in part for travel this year. Other bills can wait.

The stimulus checks aren't just for people on social security and disability. Not at all. I know a lot of people who are getting one and they all have jobs and are not dependent on the government for anything. My parents are getting one, and heaven knows they work their rears off. But yes, I did get one today. I'm hoping my parents get theirs soon.

yes, i did get mine. it came last friday. mine was just directly deposited. i though that's the way they do all checks from s/s.

Hey chevee! I am still trying to figure out if I am eligible
to get my stimulus check or not! I am currently on disability,
SSD! That is Social Security Disability! I was on Social
Security Insurance for a month so I don't know it I will get
it or not! They switched me over to SSD as of June 1st so I
am not sure! I really need that money to help pay some bills!
I got a Con Ed bill for $266 that is a back bill from when
I was on Social Services so I am praying I get that stimulus
check, but so far nothing!
