You meant human body or human anatomy? I think brain is the biggest organ. I mean the biggest as the important one. Although it's looked not so big, but a brain is weight enough. Almost a third part of water in our body is in brain. It's amazing. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

the skin is often known as the largest organ of the human body. this applies to exterior surface, as it covers the body, appearing to have largest surface area of all the organs. moreover, it applies to weight, as it weight more than any single organ, accounting for about 15 percent of body weight. for the average adult human, the skin has surface area of beween 1.5-2 square meters

From what i understood in biology - the skin is your biggest organ - it provides protection, sectretion, sensation. After than I think the brain. I dont think the human leg is actually an organ its a limb made up of organ systems like the skeletal system the muscular system and the circulatory system. An organ is a structure that contains at least two different types of tissue functioning together for a common purpose. There are many different organs in the body for example: the liver, kidneys, heart, your skin, brain.

We wonder about our bodies and all that it is. I look at it as a computer with its hardware, and its peripheals, the organs. What is important to a computer is its cooling system, the outer core. As with humans the largest organ is the skin, the purpose of that organ is to keep the other body parts where they belong. Can you imagine if we didn't have skin? Anyways, Thats the largest Organ, Skin

The biggest organ with in or on the human body is the skin. I couldnt believe it was an organ either lol. I heard the human brain weighs 8 lbs. so it may be next but I am not sure. I have also read the skin is thinest on the eyelids and thickest on the soles of our feet. Little trivia there lol.
