Did you find out what your child(ren) were before they were born? Were you happy or a little disappointed?

I found out both times what I was goin to have. The first time I was elated. I really wanted a little girl. The second time I really wanted another little girl, but got a boy. I was a little scared at first because I wasn't sure if I would know how to relate to a boy. After he was born I never thought about it again!

I wanted a girl. Found out I was having a boy. Was a little disappointed. But 13 years later, can't imagine life without him.

I found out at my first ultrasound that I was having a boy. But, I was fifteen and a bit anxious so i needed to know what to prepare for. I am a labor and delivery nurse and I think that being surprised in a wonderful feeling. However, it is good to know while the baby is inside so you can be more personal when you talk to him/her.
