Do u think public bathrooms' toilet paper could b any less effective?

Heh, theres a way it could b ess effcetive. When its wet. In Malaysia ther was a shopping center where the toilet paper was always wet, then they found out that the new cleaner had been washing the bathrooms with a water hose, pouring water all over, instead of just wpining. Ugh

LOL...I thought I was the only one who hates public bathroom toilet paper. They buy the cheapest thinnest stuff they can find. It is comletely ineffective. I do my best to stay out of public bathrooms unless I am going to explode.

LOL i agree with that whole heartedly..i usually carry a little travel size thing of charmin in my purse for when i really really reaaaaaaaaaaaaaally have to go to the public bathrooms..if not i am calling dibs on the carride home lol so i can beat everyone else lol
