Favorite content management system?

What is your favorite content management system (CMS)? I like joomla and wordpress, but I'm always looking for other good ones that are fully customizable and are feature-rich, but that dont take a ton of time to set up or maintain (if I wanted that, I'd just do what I do with one of my sites, and program most of it by hand).
