Massage...what's your choice?

It used to be that when we hear of the word massage, it brings to mind a different image.
Now with the advent of spa,etc. people of varied ages have it. In your case, what kind of massage do you like? For me, i prefer Thai massage.
I feel better and it seems that the kinks in my muscles are relieved after that. Sometimes, its a bit tender to the touch but still I like it. Sometimes, i also have shiatsu or swedish. How about you?

Hi diutay,
I ahve never had a massage but wish I could but my hubby goes and get his done from a sport massager, my hubby is a cyclist and he goes and get his done about every month on his legs.

I am a massage therapist...and you are right, there are many kinds of massage, and I am happy to say that massage is getting a better image these days. My favorite is deep tissue and trigger point. It hurts at the time, but it feels soooooo good to have the knots worked out.
I have never had a Thai massage, and I am not a fan of shiatsu. Swedish doesn't do much for me...i actually get bored on the table...LOL
