Hi there,I'm not so happy today as I can not access my alertpay account to withdraw the money due to my forgotten PIN~~Opsss~~I've been tried for all the possible numbers but still didn't work`~thus I tried to click "forgot my PIN" which needs my two security question, without luck,I can only rememeber the first answer but leave the 2nd one blank, for sure I can not access to reset my PIN,so after many times tried today,I wrote to the support center to see how to get rid of this situation~ Feeling so sad!!! How about you my friends?Have you ever experienced this?Using different PIN for different purpose and forgot some of them finally!!Just feel free to share~`Thanks!

I feel sorry for you tony. I only use one password, as in the past I had the same problem as you have now. I used to keep a shet of paper with all the information af different passwords for different sites, but one day I couldn't locate the sheet, since then I have taken the easy way out. I learned this with my ATM card also. I had so many numbers and letters in my head I tried three times to acess my acpount when the machine ate it! These experiences told me one acess number for all, and that I can always remember. Good luck mate.

I know there's an element of risk with only one password, but I'm willing to take it. Plus my memory is a little old now.

Hi Mipen~hopefully I can fix this out with the help of support center~After that, I may try your method to use only one password, lol~~ BUT,I still think your old method of keeping password was not bad`~

lol =D Looks like this is a common problem among many ple.. hehee ^_^ IT had happened to me too, and i was exactly like u, fogotten my pin as well as one of my security question.. haha =D After trying for a few days, i decide to give up on the account as it only has got a few $ in it, and i wanted to create a new account.. However the verification part took me weeks but still i'm unable to verify it.. haha =D Finally i got my answer in mylot and another member was facing the same problem, and what she did was to email alertpay, telling them about it.. AFter a day or so, alertpay would reset our pin, and everything will be back to normal again.. haha =D

Oh yes sounds like situations I have been in. I had that with my credit card once. Took almost 3 weeks to get it fixed. Since then I write everything in a safe place. No way I am going to forget anymore. Good luck.

I hope you finally found out what your pin was and got your money from alerpay. I have been so busy lately that I have not even got on Mylot so today I am trying to respond to all the discussions that I have not commented on lately.

So bad news. If I were you, Oh, i can't imagine that. Can you think about it carefully, for example, your PIN used often ? I only three password for everything need it. If i forget one , i will try other two. Or, meet with so embarrassed thing, what i can do ?

I keep my pins in a book as well as in a file on my computer. Some I do not really care to remember, though.
