I like instant noodles or cup noodles but they say it's not good for health. And also can make one go bald. Don't know if that's a myth, but I know the presence of MSG is not good when taken too much. So I've replaced my breakfast with bread and butter or just a cup of tea with biscuits. And on some days I'll have half-boiled eggs with ketchup. Yum2x...

My breakfast every morning is simple and light. I am not used to take too much food early in the morning. I will usually have a bun with sausage, complete with a cup of hot coffee with creamer. Sometimes, I may replace the sausage bun with other buns or sandwiches or a piece of cake. Yummy!

When I get up in the morning I drink grape juice and after an hour I'll have either a banana or oatmeal/oatbran. I know they always say that it's best to have a hearty meal at breakfast. But sometimes it's just difficult to have a solid meal. I want my breakfast to be light and easy to digest.

That's right. After an overnight fasting, it's difficult to have an appetite.
