It's the most important meal of the day, but often difficult to find time for. Did you eat breakfast today? What did you have? I had some peach slices and raspberries and a glass of chocolate soymilk.

i don't usually, eat breakfast but if i do, i would be having a bowl of cottage cheese with corn flakes and fresh orange juice. I usually, have coffee to start the day and that would make go for the rest of the day.

I think orange juice is probably my favorite breakfast food. I don't have it often, though, because it's pretty expensive where I live.

I had two small raspberry muffins and coffee. It was quick and simple and I ate one on the drive to work and had another one for at my desk. Not much time when you have to get up at 5 am and rush off to the city. We have an hour and half drive, so no time for cooking in the morning. Also, fast food breakfasts get old.

Yeah, I used to work with my dad on his contracting jobs, and we'd stop at McDonald's every single morning for breakfast. I got really sick of it, and I felt really unhealthy too. And go figure, my dad had a heart attack at the age of 40.

Oh my you caught me this morning. I only had an 8 oz. cup of yogurt, a multi-vitamin and a cinnamon bun with water. I did make up for it a bit at lunch. I had a chicken, cheese and mushroom sub, another cinnamon bun with sweet iced tea. Not sure what I'm having for dinner. ‹(°¿°)›

That doesn't sound like a bad breakfast to me. Yogurt is full of good protein, and the multivitamin probably helps too.

I had strawberry and flakes cereal with milk. I used up the rest of the milk. I'm sorry.

Hi there, i should say this is a interesting discussion. anyway lets see, i woke up late for school and i had to rush. therefore i rushed into my kitchen an d grabbed the oatmeal biscuit on the table. grabbed glass of hot water mixed with u with some cocoa and drank it while i was eating the biscuit at the same time. after that i was still quite hungry so i opened up my kitchen cabinet and found a long bar of fruit bar. I ate it and gulp down my last gulp cocoa and let my house. There you go that was basicaly how my morning went and that was basically what i ate for breakfast. Well lunch was a different story on the whole. I'll wait for the question " what you ate for lunch" to say it. have a great day. happy myloting best regards, alvingb

My mornings go like that pretty often! Just rummaging through the refrigerator or pantry and eating whatever I can find that doesn't require me to stand at the stove and cook.

Well, that's two of us having chocolate for breakfast! I try not to skip breakfast, even when I'm in a hurry. I try to keep quick things around like yogurt cups so that even if I'm running late I can still grab something to eat.

i am not a very big fan of coffee in the morning so i drink chocolate for breakfast. i like it hot and cold. i have made a promise to myself not to skip breakfast anymore so i guess i'll have to get some quick foods for breakfast too.

I didn't eat breakfast in high school either. I didn't have any significant health problems, but I don't think it was good for me.

My sister made cinnamonrolls, the kind from a refrigerated pack, this morning so I had the leftovers rolls.

I almost eat breakfast everyday because I cook for my hubby everyday before he goes to work, I eat some usually so I don't get starved around noon. He had buttery and brown sugary waffles and I had left over ham & cheese sandwich for breakfst this morning!

I had my favorites for breakfast today. We had bacon, sunny side up egg, fried rice...and my favorite coffee. Started my day happy with the breakfast combo my mom made, and am so I awake and alert for the day ahead. Indeed, breakfast plays a big part in strting your day right. Like they said, eat like a king on mornings!!!

Hi there, I know that breakfast is very important. But so far, it is 11h50am while i am writing this, and i woke up late today. And i haven't ate yet, not hungry. So i'll wait later on to eat. Also, when i do wake up early around 6 am, i just can't even eat a piece of toast because i feel sick and get some nausea for a few hours. It is like that for many years and so i do skip breakfast a lot. I know i should eat in the morning. But later today, i am thinking to bake myself some pancakes, i love them so much. Okay happy mylotting, bye bye

I feel sick in the early morning too. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one, because I was starting to feel like some kind of freak. Any earlier than around 9:00 AM, and breakfast is just difficult to keep down. I'm young enough that people assume I'm pregnant and have morning sickness, but that's not the case. On days when I have to be up and out early, I find that having some ginger tea with breakfast helps calm my stomach.

I love English muffins. Maybe I'll pick some up next time I go grocery shopping. I have a hard enough time getting myself out the door in the morning. I really don't know how I'd manage with kids!

My breakfast this morning wasnt the best choice ive made lately. I actually went very light and only had a medium cup of coffee, loaded with cream and sugar. I throughly enjoyed it. My husband doesnt allow me to have coffee too often due to the fact that im pregnant, but he actually suprised me this morning by buying me one on his way home from PT formation ( hes active duty army ). Anywhoo... The baby seemed to love it. I thought he was literally going to bounce out of my uterus..HAHA...I don't consume soda or tea or anything else with caffeine for that matter so he loves it when daddy lets me have coffee. Most mornings I start my day with a bowl of Special K berry or another kind of Special K. I LOVE cereal. Its like my main addiction since ive gotten pregnant! ! ! I could eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner... Heck actually most days i do substitute it for two of my meals. I get my fruits and veggies from my smaller snacks throughout the day :)...YUMMY Cereal. I think I might go pour a bowl right now :P Happy Eating Fellow Mylotters~

My mother in law made Zuchini bread this weekend and sent some home for us to enjoy. I had a large slice of it with a glass of milk. It is great. She uses a bannana nut bread recipie and just switches out the bannana for zuchini. MMM
