Hi, friends. I am wondering whether everyone needs a watch to tell the time. If you don't have a watch, what things you will turn to know the exact time? As a teacher, I do think I need a watch. I have to arrange the class time well to make my class better and not to postpone my class. Students won't like that, neither will I. But if I don't have a watch, I have to look at the time on my cell-phone. It is unconvenient and it is not good for a teacher to take out the cell-phone so often. :) Students will think that this teacher can't wait to end the class. So, what about you? Do you need a watch to tell you the time? and why?

Yes I do because I don't have a an inside watch like my granda. I don't know how she tells the time just by looking out the window that is if we are inside. I don't use a watch but I have four watches in my house one in my room another in the kitchen and the last one in my living room and also my phone. I'm also looking at the watch because of my family I have a baby that I have to fead and I need to know at what time I fead him each time so I wount over fead him. And my daughter has to go to school and i have to make sure she wakes up on time and that she is ready before she is late and also to see if she gets home on time. There are other reasons why I need a watch to tell time but the most important are my kids. We all need to know what time it is for one or more reasons. I guess a watch is something that we all use and nead to have if not on us around us.

I dont have a watch but I do use my cell phone..it is my watch, my alarm would be lost without it...and most of the time I have the alarm set to go of different times of the day that way I know what time it is getting to be and not have to look so much.

I wear a watch most of the time but if i dont have my watch on I'll check a clock in the room ( my house has lots of clocks) the time on the pc or even at work look at the time on the phone or alarm system. I tend to take my watch off lately because the metal has worn the coating off and now the nickel in it rubs on my skin and makes me itchy.

I never use a watch. I'm prone to bumps and accidents & I just couldn't get myself to take care of a watch. Good thing, I have my mobile phone with me. I use it to check the time.

Well, yes, if i am wearing one. Most probably, no, because I don't wear my watch that much. There are many things that could tell you time, aside from the watch(I would presume that the subject, "watch" pertains to the "wristwatch"). there's the cellphone, the wall clock, the radio, TV, laptop/notebook/PC. You can tell the time just by looking at the sun's direction, too(at least, I can tell whether its morning, noon or afternoon:) ).
