I had an issue with a 50 dollar gift card that I did not get. I was told that if I extended my phone contract and I added 25 dollar internet to my plan I was going to get a free phone and also a 50 dollar gift card for Walmart of Target and I never got my gift card. I called my phone company and they told me that I had to call the store were I bought the phone and I did and they told me that they did not have anything to do with that and that I had to call my phone company. So I called the store two times and my phone company also two times and the last call was to my phone company and I was tired of what they were telling me. I was about to tell the lady thanks and have a nice night but I decided that I was not going to let them do that to me so I asked to talk to a manager and I never did talk to the manager. The lady told me to wait that she was going to get a manager but when she came back on the line 5 minutes later she credited 50 dollars to my phone account. Would you fight for what is yours? or would you let them have it?

I strongly agree that you have done a very good job or else the company will make a habit to neglect all the customer because we have rights to demand if they have promised early to give some extra service because we are the consumer and we pay money for getting these servic so you have done a very good job and it will be a lesson for them so that from next time onwards they will not neglect there valuable customers

Thank you and you are right we as customers do have the right to demand for what they have promissed. But I don't know why but sometimes I just rather give up like when they overcharge me at a store well that is if it's not a big amount. It's that now we have to be more careful with our money and with promotions that we might get. :)

In my case I have a recip and also a contract that suports what I was fighting for. The good thing is that at the end it was worth it because I will pay 50 less on my phone bill.

I would defently fight for my money. I don't think that any company has the right to stay with my hard earn money. Or if they oferme a promotion they should give it to me because they should not offer something and at the last moment tell you that you cant have it. Great for you.
