are you an adicted, or spasmotic myLotter?

Are you adicted to myLot and go there several times during the day, every day, to see if there is something you can discuss, in order to boost your payout? Or are you one who may just answer your friends discussions from your email in box, and ocassionally start a discussion of your own? Me, I guess I belong in the second category. How about you?

Hi justinus, I'm ashamed to admit it, but I haven't visited your country yet. Maybe when I return to Thailand in a couple of years, I'll take time to see Indonesia and other Asian countries. I've been working here for over ten years, and when on vacation, I usually went to my wife's mother and family in the north of Thailand, or we went to Australia and stayed with my daughter and her family. My earnings are up a little with this discussion. Thank you for your participation.

I don't know of a site that will make you rich. It shouldn't take you long to achieve your $10, and you will find Pay Pal is a good and ligitimate site. Keep those posts rolling. P.s. I thought I was the slowest poster here, but with your total, you beat me hands down. Good luck!

Well i'm the first one. I am addicted if we based it on your description. I do log in everyday and a lot of times a day and posts responses to boost my earnings of course. Lately, it has been boring here so i might become spasmotic myLotter soon if this will go on. My friends here are missing. I don't really have lots of interactions lately with friends.

You sound a little deprsssed with myLot. Sometimes I find boring, and don't think there is much of interest for me, but when I check my mail, I see one of my friends has started a discussion, and I reply. I wouldn't say I'm adicted, and I would like to see my earnings climb higher at a faster rate, but I enjoy adding a little to most discussions, and that keeps my interest going. Good luck to you.

Money isn't my motovator, but it helps. You're right about the quality of discussions, they seem to be down at the moment. It frustrates me whena question like what's your favorite color has the most responses, as was the case recently.

To be honest, only the money motivates me right now. Friends are gone while some are busy. Not much interesting discussions here. Maybe we'll be close friends soon, for a start. lol!

Then i end the day with mylot and response to some more from my email ....exept, this time I did log in to se my earningsI have been at my offline work the hole day. So I loged in directrly from the site today, without looking in my eamil.

You sound like a truely addicted myLotter. I'm wondering what happened to many others like you. I've been here for over three years, and have seen many addicted posters disappear suddenly. Now, I'm sure they couldn't all have been kidnapped, so I asume they fought their addiction and went "cold turkey." Do you think this could happen to you?
@anetteh (3590)

No, I do not think this will happen to me. This is my mornings routins and do this every morning. Jus wake up at 4:30 and I am waiting for the coffee to finnish. This will help me wake up and my brain will start working and in about 1 and a half hour I have to wak my son up and then go of to work....In case something happen this afternoon I need to make some posts....it is not only that you are addicted, you like to be active in some way. So some mornings posts and some evenings posts will do the work and help me stay active in here.

I guess that I am pretty much a spaz! I have days that I don't sign on at all then I have nights that I just go crazy. I was less than a dollar away from payout this month and just busted butt for a couple of days, then just said, I'll do it next month!

It took me a long time to get my first payout, $25, but I enjoyed it, and I'm pleased to think the discussions I started were of some value to someone, most discussions anyway. However, since I retire this month I might have to find some extra inspiration from somewhere to start more discussions, as I'll have more time on my hands.

Thanks for the kind wishes. My first plan is to drive around Australia which will take over twelve months. And then my Thai wife and I will spend time with my son and daughter and their families. I plan to return to Thailand around the end of 2011, and we're both looking forward to every minute.

It takes a brave person to admit an addiction, so most people here on myLot are brave. It is an interesting site where there are many interesting subjects you can give an opinion on, or you can ask for adice or opinions on a subject you decide. Good luch, and keep myLotting.

I believe I am addicted since this is my first month of doing myLot. I enjoy reading discussions and commenting on it as well. There are alot of interesting discussions here and so I try to start new discussion that have not been started yet to avoid doubling the same idea.

Hello, and welcome to myLot. Most responders have admited an addiction, and I must admit it's pretty easy to become an adict. Sometimes it's almost impossible to find a subject that hasn't been discussed before in some way or form. Best wihes for future myLotting.

I am also little bit addicted to mylot.I daily spend more than two hours in this site.If any member is so serious in this site, then there is lot of good things to talk about and lot of things to share.Mylot is something special for each and every members.I joined this site accidentally while searching a study material for my CCNA exam.In the beginning i am not so serious in this site. After getting the first payment,i become more serious and spend all my free time in this site.I have been to member of the site for three years.Mylot is another piggy bank for me.After accumulating 10 dollars,we are getting the payment from them.A penny saved is a penny earned". I think there is no site like mylot who really pays for posting and replying discussion. Here we can meet people from different corners of the world and share our ideas and knowledge. If i get any free time,i like to spend it on mylot.Like you i am also enjoying this site a lot.

It's nice to hear so many positive replies from other myLotters. I have also been here for about three years, but as from our numbers, I haven't been anywhere near as active as you. I can't remember why I signed up, but I'm glad I did. I love talking to people from other cultures, sharing ideas, getting information, and making a little money while I do these things is a bonus.

I think I am somewher in the middle. I read more than my friends stuff and respond. I try to do a minimum of 15 responses a day. And I try to start at least 2 discussions per day. After I do that I may or may not do more depending on what else is going on or my mood, or if I have extra time. I don't think I am crazy addictive, but I like to do enough every day so that I can make payout every month. And I try to respond to discussions of people who have responded to mine. I believe in the whole, "You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours." Thing

Hi ladym, your the first person whoimposes a limit on themself, and I think that's great. You sound like a very well organized person. If you have any tips, I'd welcome them, as I am not that well organized. I also believe in the scratch back practice, and actually canceled a friend because he blatently stated he would rather just start discussions than respond to friends.

My name is Paula and I am a MyLotaolic. It all started one afternoon. I had my first taste of a post about whether I need to earn money online. I replied that I was not here for the money and, although I get paid here regularly it still is the way I feel. I love this site and I am addicted for sure, I can’t let it go, not even for one day!

I think I'm used to mylot, it is what I think I am. I go on mylot everyday to check out if there are any discussions interesting, I create some discussions sometimes when I feel like there are something pop up in my mind. I don't feel missing it if I don't get to go on.

I belong to the first category that you mentioned. That is I am addicted to mylot and visit the site more than once in a day and always reply to discussions that interests me. Its not that I only answer to my friends discussions only. I also reply to others discussions. I have joined the site one and a half month ago and I can say that I am addicted. I love the place very much because here I can take part in various interesting discussions. Again if I need any kind of help then I can get it from other mylotters by starting a discussion. I do not start a discussion every day. I only start discussion when I have something really interesting to discussion on or when I need some help. For rest of the time I do replying and commenting. I think this is one of the best sites I have ever encountered and that is why I am addicted to it.

You sound like you have a similar attitude to me. I must admit when I open my inbox I always skim the ones from myLotters, and usually answer a large percentage of them. I don't often start discussions. Sometimes I get an idea away from the computer, but it's gone when I sit down at my desk.

Well, that sounds reasonable. I hardly ever go to the myLot site, but just respond to emails in my inbox. That probably explains why I'm so far behind with my best responses! Oh well, there's always tomorrow! Hey, that reminds me,I seem to remember starting a discusion on procrastinating a few months ago.

I would say I am addicted, as when I miss being here for one reason or another, I go nuts and can't wait to come back in here again. There are times that I have to do other things, so I do miss coming in here, but when that happens, I just try to make up for it by doing more the next day. This site is just to good to stay away. I am enoying myself so much that I just want to be here all the time. I have learned so much in here and I like the fact we can share our opinions with others and get aid for them as well. That is the best part of all it, not to mention, we can all make god friends as well. Well, good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I think we are all motivated a little by the lure of making money. However, after a time we all realize we're not going to become rich overnight, but by then we have usually communicated with interesting people from all walks of life, and a variety of countries. I enjoy entering a discussion when I feel I have something positive to add, but don't speak for the sake of speaking.

You're addicted. I didn't think I was, but after reading what other myLotters have to say, I am convinced I am. I retire at the weekend, so it's possible I might spend more time here, although I will be travelling to some remote parts of Australia over the next two years, so maybe I will be forced to cut back due to lack on internet connections. I'll have to wait and see.
