I do have a collection of CARDS (like marvel cards), Comic books, stamps, books and now CAPS. I do feel happy everytime a new item is added on my collection. How about you guys... what are you collecting at the moment? Let us see if what you are collecting is the same thing as what we are also collecting.

Concert ticket stubs. From the very first concert I went with friends, Kiss, I have the ticket stub to almost every concert I've been to. I say with friends because my Aunt took me and my sister to see the Monkees. That was actually my first concert. Then sometime later, my uncle took me to see Steppenwolf, with one ofr the warm up groups being Alice Cooper. I don't have the stub to either one of those. The ticket for the Kiss concert was $6.50 per ticket. There was no ticketmaster or anything, so there was no service charges. At last last count, which was 10 years ago, I had been to over 200 concerts. I still collect them, but being unemployed, I haven't been to a concert for awhile. But I wojuldn't be surprised if my number of concerts attended have come close to the 300 mark.

No, because the same with me on those concert tickets for awhile. I could look at the ticket stub which way back, you didn't get the part that showed the group. I could look atr the stub, look at the seats and know which concert it was and who I went with. I also have a movie ticket stub - it's the movie that me and my girlfriend went to on our first date.

I thought I was the only one to do this! I hold on to my movie and theatre ticket stubs as well--eventually I would like to make a collage or put them in photo albums with pictures of the friends I saw the movie with (yes, I remember most of them...sad, huh?)

Anything about the Burning Man art festival, and anything glow in the dark. I am even considering buying a glow in the dark fish I saw at walmart. Heeehee I know it's silly but I love that stuff.

I used to collect Sports Cards and even sold them for many yrs. at Sports Card shows, etc. I still have over 10,000 probably on hand I would say as well. But now the main things I collect, is anything Winnie The Pooh or Angels. I now have about 6 angels in ceramics and planning on adding to them as I can.

I was about to collect angels too due to a group here in my country named "Angel Connections"wherein you intend to give your friends an angel as a gift and they will give one angel for you as well... but It suddenly stopped when I was about to start. Too bad wasn't able to even start collecting it.

I used to collect postage stamps. It was just a hobby. Unfortunately there was typhoon one time and my whole collection got damage. It was beyond recovery. So I have stopped collecting them already.

I have collected hippos for over 30 years........no, not the real thing!! lol I have hippo "things" all over my place, and got rid of some when I moved almost 6 years ago from a 5 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment. I know that I now have over 300, but I haven't counted lately. I have candles, stuffed animals (plushies), china, wooden, candy, Pez, plaster, wooden, etc. I also have a collection of post cards, cardboard boxes that are round, oval and heart shaped and a HUGE music collection that includes cd's, cassettes, 8-tracks and albums. I have over 200 cd's alone and probably at least that many albums.

I have my own colection of Cards too but those are playing cards. Since I am a magician it's nice to have various deck of cards with different backs. I also collect stuff which are related to magic. I collect books too usually comic books or anything that is written in French or Spanish.

Really? Comic books in a foreign language?! very unique indeed! Are you doing that just to be well versed and fluent on using both French and Spanish languages? And about the stuff related to magic... it is really obvious because of the icon you are using right now. :) LOL

As a kid, I used to collect sea shells and bottle caps. I LOVED them. These days - I don't really collect anything, except for foreign currency & coins. I think they're totally fascinating to look at! I have ones from China, Japan, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France, old Iraq ones, and a couple of other countries.

I collect frogs..no not real ones. I have a collection of over 500 different frog items. I started collecting them about ten years ago. I have some from Las Vegas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin. I just went a few years ago and bought a bigger curio cabinet and gave my old one to my husband to use for his items and already I am outgrowing this curio. I have to stack some of them on top of one another for right now till I get a new one.

I forgot something... I don't consider it "collecting" as such, but I've been running in races for many years, and save the bib numbers from the races. For now they're just sitting around in boxes and file folders, but eventually I want to figure out a way to display them.

I did one marathon, many years ago, but all the other races are shorter. I'll do different distances from 5K to half marathon, but most of the races I've done are 5 miles or 10K, since those are the most popular distances. After the race I try to remember to write on the back of the bib number the date of the race and my time. How far do you run?

I love collecting troll dolls. I loved these dolls since i was a kid. I bought some for my daughter when she was a kid. She try to sell them at a garage sale when she thought she was too old for them anymore but i kept them. Thats when i started collecting them. I have found some of the houses on ebay too. I always wanted one when i was a kid. Now i have 4 different ones. My cat Bubba loves them too. His eyes get all big when he see them. He has gotten ahold of some extras that were in the grand kids toy box. Made them bald. I took all the trolls out of the toy box now. And stashed the bald ones and their hair in a box to be glued back on. One morning i woke up to all the hair in my bedroom leading to the box he somehow figured how to open the box. I dont even know how he knew where they were.

No the ones the cat got were in the toy box. Not part of the collection. Anyway they are easy to fix. Just glue the hair back on.

Yes, I do! I collect frogs, unique unicorns, rare books, book marks, victorian stationery and other items I like from that era, and brass book ends. I love them all. It takes room and mine has had to be condensed. One nice thing about moving you can sort out the old stuff and acquire new things instead. Lets see who all collects what I do.

I collect playing cards, like yugioh and stuff.. and I probably could be considered a book collector too; I don't buy them with the intention of simply collecting but to actually read them, but I still would never let go of a book I bought, I like seeing my personal library grow =P so that might be collecting too. And I'm not sure if this counts but, I could be a collector of video games too o.o considering how many hundreds I've got XD

yep yep^w^ I LOVE collecting things, although my room ends up looking like a mess I still love seeing my favourite collections around=P I've got 500+ cards, books close to a hundred or so (am sure bookworms have a much larger collection than that though xD) and 1000+ games of all sorts:D mostly video games. It's fun! collecting things, as long as it doesn't unnecessarily put a load on your budget, I do use them anyways -except some of the cards- so they're not "wasted"=P
