that questions just suddenly poops up in my mind. and i just can't let it go! maybe because of the thought that when its raining, i really hated to take a bath. when i was younger, at the age of 4-10 years of age, my mom would surely scold us if we can't have a bath for a day. because kids tend to do everything they wanted to do. means we always get messy and smelly all the time. so when my mom sees us and smells that awful smell of our sweat, the sun and the dirt all in one! whoolllaah! even if we hated it but we really need to take a bath. just imagine the cold water even if its raining we needed to have it, or else... total chaos in the household. but as time goes, we change, well, everything and everybody does change. by now i can't go to work without taking a bath, but when its weekends, i tend to forgot to bath! lol! well, i'll just be at my room the whole time anyways. but if i want to go out, ofcourse i needed to have a bath. how about you? can you share your experiences and stories too? thanks my friend! jhelai

I live very close to the seashore and during summer it gets very humid. So I have a bath twice a day then.During other seasons once a day. I have this thing where I cannot step out of the house before I shower.I feel really yuck! Even if I am not all sweaty and the weather is dry or cold,I need to have a bath :)

I always taking a bath everyday it depends if it is cold or raining I take a bath once. During summer I take a bath twice in the morning and in the afternoon. For hygienic purposes when need to take a bath everyday. Some cultures don't take a bath everyday. Here in the Philippines we are a tropical country so it is hot all the time and make you sweat easily. I can't go out in our house if I don't take a bath first because I don't want other people to turn away because of my smell.

jehLaichie! I feel bathing is very necessary and I love taking bath everyday. It cleanse our system and body and bathing with water makes a soothing effect on us. Even if one is unwell Doctors advice him to take bath to make himself feel fresh and rejuvenated. I live in a city, which has hot and humid conditions for the better part of the year i.e. for 8 months and I make it a point to at least take a bath once in a day and if the weather is very sultry and humid, I take bath twice in a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed.

Hi jhe, just opposite to you I like having bath during my childhood. I like to take bath not for the purpose to keep my body clean. I like to play with the toys like ships and other toys putting them in the bathtub. Besides I like play with soap as well. It’s so cheerful and enjoyable to blow the soap bubble in the bathroom. I always tried my best to blow bubbles in as bigger size as I could. My mom always hastened me to finish my bath faster. Anyway I always engrossed in playing the interesting actives in the bathroom and forgot about my mom was waiting outside Nowadays I usually would to take bath once or twice daily due to the hot weather in my place. Happy posting and have a nice day.

It’s okay jhe. Sometimes we might make a typo by typing guy instead of gal in hurry Oh no! All little boys and girls in my place like blowing bubbles with suds or soap and water. We find lots of fun to see the rainbow colored bubbles flying away from our hands. Nowadays it’s quite convenient for kids to get the small bottle of suds with blowing straw from the stalls. They can enjoy blowing bubbles at anywhere and at anytime

hi jhelaichie! ^^ i take a bath everyday. i rarely miss taking a bath. even during weekends. i can't have peace of mind (and peace of body) if i haven't taken a bath. when i wake up in the morning during weekdays, its the second thing i do. (first is brushing my teeth) and during weekends when i don't have to take a bath so early, i would think about it the whole morning. i won't be satisfied until i take a bath. somehow, it feels like a sin not to take a bath for a day. of course when we were kids we tend to get lazy and afraid of the water. ^^;; now that i'm an adult, those rare moments of feeling lazy to take a bath would probably because of the cold weather. and i mean, really really cold weather. ^^

I take mostly showers but do not shower or bathe daily as I do not need it daily. If I have not really done heavy sweating or gotten really dirty, I will wash only what needs to be washed. I have never been told that I am smelly, so I guess that is good. Actually, unless you really need to do so, it is not good to use soap everyday, or shampoo. There have been times that I have just rinsed in the shower with a face cloth but no soap, just to remove the sweat and I have not gotten dirty, otherwise. I have also just used cream rinse on my hair, too. I will that if I washed my hair within two days and it is not really dirty, just sweaty. I will put in cream rinse to just get the perspiration off.

Maybe it's a habit with me- I have to take a bath no matter what. Even if it's raining for days and cold, I still feel uneasy without bathing for the day. I've not experienced the cold weather in other countries when the temperature drops below zero - maybe then I might be too 'frozen' to take a bath!

this laziness of taking bath is there in all the small kids I guess, as I am having the same problem with my son in the morning specially just before going to school as he feels lazy to wake up and get dressed for school sometimes I also feel lazy specially in the cold winter days when there is no current for switching the geyser, but now as it is summer it is very hot and sweat a lot so I take twice in a day..with a cold water which charge my energy and feels refreshing.

Normally I take a bath everyday but during the rainy days, I take a bath every the other day as I can't stand the very cold water as we don't have a heater at home and I like using the shower rather than the dipper or "tabo". During summer time, I take a bath twice a day as its very hot and I want to oool down at night time before sleeping.

When it comes to take a bath... I love it... I take a bath 2 times a day, morning and evening, while I take half bath in between.. Taking a bath makes your body relax and you are comfortable to take the day head on... I's the best part of the day escpecially when soaking in tub...

I take a bath everyday even if the weather is very cold. I can't accept not taking a bath and go to bed at night as it seems so dirty. Not only that I will feel myself dirty but that I will feel making my bed dirty also. I take bath even if I stay at home all day.

Hi Jhelai, What a nice question to ask. I make sure that i take a bath everyday....though i havent had a bath today....LOL Have been working since morning and i havent even had the time to have my lunch, so having a bath is still on low priority.Probably will go home and have a nice bath now. Also its raining quite heavily here and hence will make it even more essential to have a bath. Also to add, i havent met a person in my life who would purposefully not have a bath....though i know kids especially dont like to bath...... What are your thoughts on this...... Regards, Vaibhav
