UP, the 3D movie, terrific! Even the commercials after they told you to put on

three D glasses were cool. There was a floor that looked like I could jump on it and dance. Even the words, some where forward of the screen and back. I would have liked the Disney Movie without it, but with it was even cooler! Sometimes birds were flying out of the screen and planes were coming toward you. Have you seen Up? Did you like it? If you haven't seen it, will you? Do you have a 3D theater where you are? Ours was just built and opened (even before it was finished) for Easter. The Statium Seats worked really well. We seated ourselves even with the screen so it was the best spot. We didn't have to worry about not seeing the movie the way each seat was almost an entire person higher than the seat in front of us. If you did see it, what was your favorite scene in the movie? Least favorite? If you haven't scene it, skip to answering and don't read the next part. My favorite scene was when the house started taking off and he got away from having to go to a nursing home. Least favorite was when he clobbered the guy with his cane in front of all the workmen. I thought he was going to have to go to jail. Then after the house was in the air, from the time they were in South America on, it was pretty non-stop action and really, really cool. The scene where she had written in the scrap book to go have another adventure and after that was really incredible. My husband loved all of that the best. Because then the guy put everything he had into it. I laughed so hard when they were fighting and got stuck because of their arthritis. Must have been all young people in the theater that couldn't relate because I think we were the only ones laughing. So will you go see another 3D and did you enjoy yourself?

Hello. I haven't seen the movie yet but I would love to see it soon. I have seen the movie trailer many times at the movie theatre and I find it very funny. I haven't seen much 3D movies lately. The last 3D movie I have seen was Spykids? A very long time ago. I hope to watch this very soon and thank you for saying your thoughts on the movie. :)

Wow! That sounds cool. We don't have any special chair or spray water. Sounds like the fish thing is really, really neat. Thank you for responding. Welcome to Mylot, I see by your number you're a new member. Hope you have fun and like it here.

Is that like an IMAX theater? We do not have one in town. I have seen some movies in IMAX format. You do not have to wear extra glasses to see the effects, though. The way you describe this movie sounds really funny and it sounds like one I would go see.

We had to wear glasses and it wasn't an IMAX. These glasses aren't like the old red side and blue side like the old days. It was fun. Take care.

I haven't seen UP yet, but even then I probably won't go to the 3-D version since I'm so right eyed that I have never had any luck with the 3-D stuff. And the roomie can't see them so we won't go.

Honestly, anything much over 20 feet away, might as well be flat, I can only tell things are getting closer because they get larger...

So maybe it wouldn't work for you. I'm amazed that I can do so much better with this than the old one glass red and one blue glasses we used to wear. These, you can't tell how they did it and the 3D is way different. They even have different gradients of distance, it's pretty wild.

The first kind that came out, I didn't have very good luck with it either. But this one was really, really good. If you can see in 3 Dimensions in real life, you pretty much can there, too. Your roomie, probably can't, but you might be able to. Take care
