better pepsi or coke?

I live in Finland which is in a very northern location but I still prefer Coke

I definitely like Pepsi better. Not sure why except that I once watched my dad clean a battery and engine with Coke..never quite wanted to drink it again. If it can take off battery corrosion why would I want it in my stomach? I do drink diet coke on occasion but I have to be pretty thirsty.

Both seem to be pretty popular. I prefer Coke for the taste, Pepsi leaves an aftertaste that I do not like. so the only way I will drink Pepsi is with peanuts in it.

in reality i lke more coke than pepsi!!also because i found that coke taste is better than pepsi one.Normally pepsi is too much sweet and light and so when i have a little bit of thirsty i found pepsi not really good as soda drink!!

Growing up in the South, I grew up drinking RC Cola. Then I moved north & switched to Pepsi. After a couple years drinking Pepsi, I was working where I got to drink Pepsi for free & became extremely burnt out on the taste. So, I switched to Coke. That was about 25 years ago & I've NEVER gone back to Pepsi!!! I had a friend who decided it was my imagination that I didn't like Pepsi, so he filled a Coke bottle with Pepsi & handed me a glass of ice & the Coke bottle when I got there. He had even resealed the bottle so it spewed when I opened it. He fixed some popcorn to eat while we watched the movie on HBO. I love popcorn & ate a bunch before getting thirsty. I take a BIG swallow of my Coke & spit Pepsi all over the room. He started laughing & saying he didn't really think I could tell the difference. Then he apologized for trying to trick me. I got the last laugh as he was the one cleaning up the mess!!!

i had surgery on my stomach and ever since then i can't stand the taste of regular coke or pepsi it has to be diet or a mt dew.

I have replied to such question several times here. Of course I will give different idea about your topic here. Yeah, no matter how time flies I still stick to the same beverage. I wonder what makes the taste of people in the south and north part of US totally different. Why not south pepsi and north coke? You like pepsi and this means that you are from the northern part of US, right? I like coke for it has a rather pungent taste and more bubbles. May be I love hot and spicy food, so I like coke as well. Happy posting

BAck in the 80's when those "Pepsi Challenge" things went on.. I did them! I did hte challenge in stores! No body really knew which was which. THey chose which they liked best, but seldom could anyone say "that one is pepsi and the other is coke"... But I can't stand Pepsi. And with Coke... it has to be the diet, not cause of the calories.. but cause the regular is so sweet, I can't stand it!

I am not sure that I have heard it being generalized that way. I did like coke better then pepsi but I have drank pepsi and liked it too. Now though I don't drink either, so I guess my answer would have to be I like both. I'm in the South, by the way.

Can I have plain water or a fruit juice instead? I can also take iced tea if you have it. Between the two, I prefer Coke. I don't know why I don't like Pepsi at all. I'm sure I'm not favoring any company because I prefer Mountain Dew over Sprite.

but i like coke..because at my country.. many people like drink coke.the taste are awesome to me..and pepsi we drink if we eat at kentucky friedchicken..but they are same...just litle diferent..
