I just found out there are exercise videos on Youtube.
Here is just one of them:

Do you think knowing that you can pull up a video quickly from your computer any time will encourage you to get up and get moving?

That is so cool! I hadn't thought about looking up exercise videos on YouTube. It might help me get up and moving because I can find some new things to do. I'm getting pretty bored of my exercise videos. But, I don't really have the money to get anything new. I may start searching for some new stuff now!

How about you set your computer to wake you up with an exercise video, that would be cool. "Good morning sleepy head, let's get those muscles moving!"

No, I did not know that. I am not surprised though everything else is on there so why not exercise videos. That is pretty cool to know though, I will have to look around and see if I like any of them, or if there is anything that I could do and would enjoy doing for fitness. Thanks for the link and for letting us know.

Thanks for sharing. It beats going and buying this kind of stuff when I didn't realize all along i had it for free.

Yep! Youtube is a great source if you know how to use it.
There are also videos on ehow.com and you can go to fitness.com to find some workout videos. Actually a lot of fitness magazines have videos that you can easily navigate and use to get up and get moving. ;)

Of course there is... There is absolutely nothing that is not there on youtube. I learned to play the guitar by solely watching tutorials from youtube. Its the greatest site for tutorials ever.
