I've been under a lot of stress lately and it really shows. My allergies came out making my face look like a stampede just happened. I forget things. Then there are times when I'd feel like vomitting. I'd also have upset stomach. I know I have to do something about it and I will. In your case, how do you cope with stress? What signs or symptoms do you feel when you are stressed out?

Hi, for me when i stress i will feel headache and hard breath and sometimes chest pain. I fainted before when i over stress. That one is very serious case. After tat i go see doctor and i found out some way to cope it. First of all when you know you will meet some problem maybe will cause stress you can eat some chocolate before doing it. Another way is when you facing stress you can eat bananas. It is the best fruits to cope stress. Other than foods you can do some exercise like jogging or playing badminton with friends. Never ever try to play some computer games to distress. It is the wrong way to distress. I tried before and i have fainted. The doctor say it is because when playing games we will try our best to hit the goal and it causes us more stress. Hope all my tips can help you up. Cheer up!!! Happy Mylotting!!!

Hi, I see. Exercise is also very important. Dont forget to do some exercise to release your stress. Try to find a good friends or someone that you can trust to tell them your problem and feelings. This can helps too!! Do not spend too much time alone try to find more friends. Stress can bring a lot of unwanted sickness such as heart attack. So dont too stress my friend!!! Happy Always!!!

Ouch, you seem to be a really sick person. What is it about that so stresses you, that you get into all sorts of problems with health. Nothing can be this bad. Just take each day as it comes. If you forget things, keep writing them down in a diary and once it is done, tick mark it. That way you will know what is left out. Just try and do some deep breathing exercise. Breath in, hold your breath and then slowly let go. This will surely help you. Concentrate on y our breath. All the best and keep well.

Murphy's Law, I think. I got sick then I had some stress at work and it seemed too much. I've been trying to remain positive and keep on summoning a smile.

I usually get a stomache ache, headaches occasionally, can't concentrate, don't usually sleep very well, get infections, and I can't eat or I overeat. I try to meditate, eat well, get as much sleep as I can. I try to exercise which makes me tired and then I can sleep better. I seek out a counselor who can evaluate me and help me get back to normal and feel balanced.

I had the same signs, too, except for the exercise thing. I haven't had much time for it.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're stressed. I myself have a hard time admitting when I'm stressed. Mostly I eat all sorts of things when I'm stressed, and I tend to put things off more. I also feel exhausted (in contrast to just feeling tired) when I'm stressed. It often helps to do what relaxes you, or go back to activities that encourage you to release what you're feeling (such as writing, if you're into that type of thing). Sometimes a long walk or a hike in the mountains is good, and sometimes, all it needs is a nap and a good night's sleep. I hope you feel better soon :D

True enough, I feel the same way. I sometimes just play games or write something here or in my blogs. I'd sometimes bury myself in books.

I used to cope with stress by eating. That definitely didnt take long to show! It was a terrible habit. But I think I have finally gotten past it! Now I cope with stress by going for walks so that I have time to think and calm myself down. I also have a couple of friends I can talk to whenever possible. The best thing I did for myself was make a choice about everything. Some things simply arent worth getting stressed over! So I have learned to let them go. I can usually tell now when I am getting completely overwhelmed because I get bad headaches. I dont ever get headaches at any other time! I hope you find a way to deal with your stress so that you can enjoy life a bit more!

I did, too, and I've got love handles to prove it. I'm trying not do that also...trying to keep the weight down...trying to avoid ice cream (double dutch)

Hmm.. When I'm stressed, I lose weight, I want to eat more but can't and I'm out of focus. What I usually do is to sleep on it. But there really are times when you can't sleep on it, so I have to face the music with open arms! hahahaa You should try to lessen the stress in your life.

Hi diutay, that sounds really bad, you need to take time out for yourself and do some meditating which is good for stress, try it, it will do you good, just picture a cool running water cxoming from the waterfall and let you mind do the rest as water is cleansing, it works for me. xx ~Tamara

Thanks for the suggestion, Tamara. I haven't tried visualization or any meditative activities yet. I'll do that.

Hi there. I guess we have a common symptom of stress and that is getting an upset stomach or, in my case, having my hyperacidity acting up. That also causes the vomiting and heart burns. Anyway, whenever I feel stressed, I usually take a break from whatever the cause of my stress is. For example, if my stress is work-related, I file for a personal leave and spend the day doing relaxing things and things that I enjoy. I consider stress as an indicator that you are being too hard on yourself and that you should take time to give yourself a little more love.

Now, how I wish I can file for a leave of absence. I'd consider that a treat. Unfortunately, I can't right now.

Wow, hope you'll get some rest soon. In my case, stress comes in the form of falling hair. I know, it's crazy and I hate it. When I can, I listen to music and it's pleasant distraction that does help a bit. :)

I hate it when were under a lot of stress. Normally I'll just sleep the whole day until the stress is over. I can't cope with stress because it hurts my brain thinking about it. Signs that i usually get are like my brains are goin to pop out from the skull.

Sometimes my head just throbs and it begins to ache. Sleeping actually works but then when I wake up, the jobs still there.

I will rest for a while, think of good things watch movies that makes me laugh, sing a song that can relieve my aches and go with friends. You can avoid your allergies diutay if you dont eat foods that can you and leads you for itching. Be careful of your lyfstyle its the cause of the things you do, eat and evrything that can cause you stress. Give time to have a break in your hardwork.

I had a list of the foods that I'm not supposed to eat. My doctor gave it to me before. I try to avoid it but then the food prepared for us sometimes limits my choice.

Hey you really need to take it easy. I once had been sufferring pimples for years partly dued to stress and pressures. It's kinda like falling into the vicious circle that my depressing look made totally freaked out. And I shared the vomitting sympton like you. The only thing I could do was distracting my attention and trying to get things done one by one. No panic.

There was actually a time when I felt that I was really messed up. I've been trying to work on things as soon as possible to avoid backlog.

Everyone experiences stress. How you manage it makes a total difference. I've had pimples for quite a long time on my face. It took a while, I mean, years, before it totally disappeared. My doctor said that stress had something to do with it. It helps if you clear your mind from all the daily troubles, think positive and try to envision a beautiful picture in your mind that suggests tranquility and joyfulness. It helps!!! You would feel a certain release of tension muscles on your face. So, be good to yourself. Everyone deserves that "feel good" feeling at least once in a while.

My face had some flakes and it really looked gross. I had to put some cream on it but it still took several days before it completely disappeared. I'm hankering for a weekend on a tranquil place near the beach.

Hi diutay, i go off my food totally if stressed, become lethargic and just want to sleep..which is really a sign of escaping the problem/s, get confused and am always down no matter how hard I try to put a smile on my face for others for those that know me they know something is wrong, for me there is no way of coping with stress until the actual situation is solved or partly solved the main thing I do do though is try and think positively and know that whatever is happenening at the time there is always a lesson to be learned through it...LoLo

For me when I am stressed I usually forget things, or feel as if I have to do a lot of things, even sometimes when I don't. When I had a job, I didn't want to go to work, and while at work I just couldn't wait for break time. I don't think I've ever felt sick to my stomach, but I think I've felt like eating a lot when I've been stressed.

I am currently under some stress. I randomly got sick for a couple of days, like a mild case of the flu. My immune system does not function as good when I am stressed out. I also feel less hungry and my face starts to break out. Oh and I feel really depressed. I just go with it until the stress goes away on it's own. I am used to this feeling every once in a while so I know it won't kill me....yet haha. Anyways, I hope you feel better soon! ^_^

I guess, we're on the same boat then. I'll spend the times reading just to take my mind off things.
