I don't know what I want for breakfast...

I went to the grocery store yesterday and stocked up for summer. The kids are home from school now, so we have more time for "proper" breakfast. I have eggs. I have bisquik (for pancakes). I also have bagels (my sister is coming into town tonight and we need quick breakfasts). I have cereal. Not that I have all this stuff, I don't know what I want! I made french toast for myself yesterday. My son had a bagel and egg sandwich. My daughter had instand oatmeal. A couple days ago, both my daughter and I had french toast. My son was in school and sometimes he won't eat on school mornings. I don't want french toast again. I'm thinking pancakes. Yeah, that's it! Pancakes! See you later! Do you ever have trouble deciding what to eat, or what to make?

I am boring...I alternate breakfasts...one day the cereal, the next day an ham, cheese and onion omelet with a bagel. The winter the cereal is oatmeal, in the summer it is fiber one. Wish I could be more inspirational. Do you have make pumpkin pancakes...make up a double batch of bisquick and throw in about 3/4 can of pumpkin mix. Filling and full of fiber...you know pumpkin is actually a veggie.

Most of the days, yes! I am utterly confused as to what I can make for breakfast...in fact, selecting on a menu for the entire day is one of the toughest decisions of my daily existence! I am tired of sandwiches, poach, omlets, juice, oatmeal, cereals, pancakes, and our Indian stuff (which takes some time in making)...but after that what! I have even surfed the net for breakfast ideas but they dont seem much feasible. This morning, I think I'll leave it to fruits...I bought mangoes, grapes, bananas and litchis yesterday...so I'll leave it to that...today I dont have office so a quick lunch later in the day.

Hi miamilady... I often do not know what it is that I want to eat.. I sometimes think I want something, and start eating it, only to find out it wasnt what I wanted at all! Sometimes I will eat a couple of things before making this discovery and then when I find what it was I wanted, I am too full to eat it!

Well, I always have bread and cheese for breakfast! I know some will tell that I should have variety but I really like bread and cheese! Happy MyLotting!

Trying to figure out what I want to eat is like the story of my life. I find it very difficult to decide what I want to eat all the time. It's just very tough because sometimes I get so tired of eating what we already have and sometimes I just don't feel like eating what we have because we never take any chances with what we have. I hate when that happens because I just want to have something interesting for a change!

My problem is that I frequently can't decide what to eat. It doesn't matter what meal it is either. I can look in the pantry or the refrigerator and stare at what is in there and nothing appeals to me.

Yes, I do. Remember you can put fruit or nuts or both in the pancakes and make them different too. I have a couple of boiled eggs with butter and pepper and some toast for my breakfast. It is filling like oatmeal but not the same old thing. A breakfast burrito is good sometimes too. I like to have a big breakfast and then snack the rest of the day. That's just me. I am finding it helps me not to eat junk the rest of the day too.

I just eat oatmeal, but I might change my mind tomorrow, pancakes sound good to me. Dinner is the only meal I have to make choices for each day.

I always have trouble deciding on Breakfast. I don't like breakfast at breakfast time. I like to be up for hours befor I eat. I have to make myself eat breakfast. I do however, love brunch. egg, egg, anything.

Potato cakes are very tasty for breakfast. All you have to do is make mashed potatoes the night before, and in the morning mix an egg or two in the mashed potatoes and cook them as you would regular pancakes. They cook a bit longer than pancakes, but they're worth the wait. Add fried ham slices and you're ready to go.
