Can some let me know if this a good work at home program? If you have done it, how much have you made? I accidentally came across the site, and I am not sure how it works or if it is worth doing.

It is worth doing. Don't expect to make a lot of money this is more of a small money maker like mylot. It is best for birthday presents, Christmas presents or extra cash. You can transfer your earnings to Amazon gift cards. It works like this, you complete the requirements in a hit and then the funds get transferred to your account. How fast you get paid depends on the requester. Some tips: Always preview a hit before accepting it. This is to make sure that you can actually do what is presented. Check the links out before accepting. Some of these guys want you to sign-up for websites and such before they pay. Some also want more work than the tiny amount offered, I usually skip those. Get all the certifications you can for access to more hits. Don't burn yourself out on the site. This is very easy to do. Good luck.

I am going to have to spend more time reviewing the site to see if it is something I really want to do.

Definitely, check it out. This is only something I do when I am bored on the computer. Add me as a friend and I will give you the link to the mturk forums. No strings attached.

I've been a "turker" for about a year now. I don't do it everyday, nor do I spend a lot of time there. I'll usually search for tasks that pay a certain amount, because one cent tasks are too time consuming. I've got a balance there of a little over $150.00, so I'm going to start working there a bit more and withdraw my money around Christmas time so I can go shopping. Good luck with it!

$150.00 sounds good, one cent is way to little. I would not do it either.

Hello venshida! I've used Amazon Mechanical Turk. You really can't made that much there. Most of the tasks are only a few cents each, even if they take a bit of time. I really don't use it for extra money, but just as something to do that happens to make money at the same time, know what I mean? It's very legitimate, though, so you have no worries there. I've never had any problems being paid. If you're looking for something that can make you much more and actual builds a recurring income, I have a link in my profile to a great home business.

I heard that these people only support the requesters and not the workers. They simply ban the accounts of the workers to support the requesters. They also don't pay your earnings.
