can a person living in india be a green card holder?

Guys i got a job in US, i can work from home but it requires a green card hoalder to do the job. any1 of u av the idea to get the problem solved??????

If one of the criteria for applying for the job was to already hold a green card and the company is not prepared to apply for one for you, then you are out of luck. The only way you can get a green card is if the company will sponsor you (that is, make an application on your behalf). In the current economic climate, preference will be given to US citizens and the company would have to make a very convincing case for needing a green card for you: they would have to explain why no US citizen could do the job.
