Tuibux gone scam or what?

I joined this paid to post site recently, but it is very complicated to navigate there. Its not as easy as mylot or scavengercash. If anyone of you is a member of that site already, please provide me a tad guidance.

avidavi1 ya mylot pays quite low per post. I use mylot only for fun not to earn. I use another paid to post site that is giving 2.5 cents per post. So 40 post = 1$,
