Best Ways to Promote My Blog?

I'm trying to get traffic to my blog. I currently write a blog where I join "make money online" or "free gift card" type web sites and blog about how successful (or unsuccessful) I am with them, whether they are a scam or legitimate, and stuff like that. I try to be as honest as possible on my blog, and I update it regularly and evaluate new sites fairly regularly, so I really do feel that it is a good blog. Still, in real life, "if you build it they will come" is not necessarily true, so I'm having trouble driving traffic to my blog. If you're curious, the link to my blog is in my profile in the upper righthand corner, but I am not here to spam my blog link. I'm here to ask a question. Because my blog has Adsense ads on it, I can't really use anything like EasyHits4U to drive traffic directly to my blog. I'd get my Adsense account yanked. The best I can do is send it to a splash page, and then send that traffic to my blog. I would much prefer to get traffic directly to my blog. I have tried to sign up for blog search engines, but I've only found a few so far, and some of them require a fee before they'll even evaluate your blog. As for keywords, it's a Blogger blog - it does pretty well in search engine rankings. What are some ways that I can drive traffic directly to my blog?
