yes you are eligible to receive payments, you might just have a problem withdrawing it, so if you're not yet verified, you're earnings might well be stuck with paypal. But paypal or your paypal account for that matter will receive your earnings, but there are limits to withdrawals and stuff like that. I think its better to get verified and not risk it, since its also very easy actually, you just have to enter a bank account. Now if you are afraid of giving your personal bank account number, I suggest you open a new bank account which you will use specifically for paypal purposes, which you also can easily withdraw from and just re-deposit your money on your regular account. Well that's what I do and it has been good for me so far...

You need to have a premier account where you can send and recieve payments. Also it's better to be verified because that way you can recieve and do insatnt payments.

hi, actually you don't need a premier account, you just need to be verified. it can just be a simple personal account but in order to withdraw you need to be verified. I don't like to upgrade to premier account cause paypal charges a fee to receive money if you have a premier account.

Yes you are eligible to receive money if you are not verified on paypal and so you cna receive and transfer money with paypal even if you are not verified!! sO as reagrds this purpose you just remember that if you are not verified you have a limit to receive and send money there...so you can't overcome the monthly/year limit giving you when you subscribe paypal and you are not verified!!So to overcome them you must e verified but if you don't overcome limits you are elegible as well!!

You should be able to. It is very easy to get verified though, so there is no reason to do it. If you are not verified if you send a payment to someone for something they might not want to accept your payment if you are not verified, they may feel as if you may not be trustworthy, it is a good thing to be verified.

Hi, You must get your paypal account verified if you wanna withdraw your money to your bank account. If you dont, its okay not to get verified. You can still receive payment whether you paypal account have been verified or not. And you can buy online with you money too..

Of course. Verification is for security purposes of paypal. Unverified account is ideal for online shopping, but if you want to withdraw your cash you will need your account to be verified.
