I don't get my Mypoints emails anymore!

I have been a member of mypoints for many years. About a year ago I stopped recieving emails from them. I made no changes to my account at mypoints or to my email but I just can't seem to get any emails from them at all. What do you think could be wrong? Does anyone else have this problem. I really miss my emails from them because that is how I got most of my points and was able to see what was going on in the site. Without those emails, I almost forget that I have an account with them.

More than likely your emails either bounced back and they stopped sending you mail or somewhere your filters are blocking the emails. You need to contact My Points.

I did contact them and they gave me instructions. The instructions they gave are kind of strange though and I think that maybe they will start coming now because I changed things. We'll see what happens. It really bothers me that the emails have been being blocked when I didn't ever put them on the blocked list myself. The emails just aren't coming. I will find out today if that changes though.

Just make sure that they are on your list to recieve email. Or you can check your bulk or spam box as well. I am still recieving emails from them and love it when I do :) This is the best advice I can give you in order to make sure you keep getting the emails. Take care and happy mylotting to you.

This has never happened to me. I suggest emailing them and telling them what is going on. Then give them your email again. I am sure that they will get the problem resolved and you will be recieving the emails again in no time. I really enjoy the emails that mypoints puts out and thats how I make the majority of my points on that site.
