coconut

coconut brings out the flavor for lot of dishes.i use it very frequently.i make chutney with it and some times add the powder to curries and all.i add a little bit on top of soups too.do u like coconut at all?

Surely I do like much coconut, but only coconut water in my daily drink menu. Not only it cools down my body temperature, it also as my home remedy to my gout/arthritis problem; which is very effective. For an extension it also reduce my bloating. I don't have any scientific or medical proof of statement to it, only by my "result speaks itself".

If that so, your lovely mother cannot eat spinach. It will worsen the painful. My experience sharing and not my tongue speaking. Avoid taking spinach although it is a part of five (5) healthy foods for heart.

I do like coconut, I don't eat it as much as I could, but there are a couple of things I make using coconut, and I really love Virgin Pina Coladas. I have heard a lot of good things about coconut recently, and have been considering cooking a bit more with it.
