Do you use sunglasses?

I wear them only mostly when I drive. It is difficult to drive with the sun blaring in your eyes. I usually take them off and leave them in the car, except if there is a festival or we go to an amusement park or for some reason will be outside for an extended period of time, but it day to day life, I usually just leave them in my car.

It is important to protect your eyes from the sun. I always wear my sunglasses when I go outside. I get a headache if I stay out too long without my sunglasses. Those UV rays can do real damage to your eyes if you leave your eyes unprotected.

I wish I could but I can't now. I need to use my regular eyeglasses all the time or else I won't be able to read street signs and I might bump into things :p I used to wear contact lenses a few years back but my cornea developed some abrasions. My eyes started to hurt whenever I put on the contact lenses. I was advised by my eye doctor to switch to eyeglasses. I regret not being able to wear sunglasses anymore because, like you said, it hurts the eyes when I'm walking under the glaring heat of the sun. Now, I just usually use an umbrella on sunny days to minimize my squinting -- which, unfortunately, gives me eye wrinkles! :p

Yes I use sunglasses especially during hot days, but I just wear them when traveling or having vacations. I don't like wearing them on streets.. I don't know why hehehe..

I wear varifocal prescription glasses most of the time & have reactolite lenses in one pair, mainly for driving.

I have many sunglasses but I wear them not so often because sometimes it is snowing or raining or simply when I drive I do not see properly so I just take them off. But when I hang out with friends I do wear it to walk as it protects the eyes very well as you said.

I like to wear sun glasses all the tme they always break the glare. cd
