Do dogs experience psychological problems?

I have a 3 year old white cuddly dog, Her name is chicklet. She live with us along with her mom Bubbles(our first and original dog). My husband and I kept wondering why is she so restless and easily get jealous! We always make sure that they both get equal attention and food and just about anything. But it seems that chicklet is not content with what she is getting. After playing with her and we will turn to her mom, she usually whines and literally hold our hands or feet to stop us from playing with her mom.
Its the same with the food we gave them, she seem to think that her mom's food is always better or tastier than what she is getting... We are really concerned. Just last week, she is always crying or whining or like upset about anything...
I'm thinking does this has something to do with not having a mate till now?
Does it really affect them psychologically? Anybody knows anything about this?

there is a dog named lisy in my home. One day i am play with dog as usual. But i didnt know tha=e reason why. after some times it begins to bite me. I have admitted in the hospital for 2 days i didnt forget that incident in my life

That is really scary handsomerohith,
I wish that will never happen to us... I admit I got apprehensions last week and did not get very close to my chicklet because she was acting weird... I was so concerned that I prayed things will get better whatever is bothering her...
She seem more stable now..Thank God!
Its a good thing you went to the hospital right away, rabies can be really dangerous if not act upon earlier.
