it just hit me. i didnt sleep early last night, thats why i also got a post with some errors on it. so, i am just curious if its really that important to take a bath even if i dont have enough sleep. would that affect me on some things that may trigger or may cause some illnesses in the long run? but i need to take a bath to make me wide awake! the water helps me to feel fresh and as to not feel sleepy. what do you think my friends? thanks jhelai

Yes, I think that it is necessary to take a bath once daily. This cleanses off the body of all the oils and dirt and bacteria that you get all day long. I really don't think it matters much if you take your shower or bath at night before you go to bed or if you do it in the morning before going out for the day. Not only will you be clean and have bacteria and dirt washed off you will also smell better. I don't like leaving the house unless I have had a shower, washed my face, brushed my teeth, put antiperspirant on, put my makeup on, fixed my hair, and applied perfume or cologne. I just think it is the thing to do is to have good hygiene. And also, I don't think it matters if you did not sleep a lot or if you sleep too much - you should still take a bath before leaving home if you did not get a chance to do so before going to sleep. Have a nice day and happy myLotting!!!

hello my friend schulzie. this is a very nice post you got here. anyways, you are right. bathing takes off the bacteria, dirt and dust that stick to our body for all day long. and if we sweat we don't really smell that good because of the accumulated sweat and dirt that makes us smell bad. its always good to be able to have that way of hygiene and make it an everyday routine. thanks friend for responding. jhelai

I don’t know whether its absolutely necessary or not, but I could never go to school without a bath. Maybe I skipped once or twice in winter, but for the rest of the year, it was compulsory. Now I cant go to office without taking a bath…I feel so dirty later in the day if I have not had my bath. Even in winter, I tired once or twice to skip bath but later on in the day when the sun is shinning brightly, I start feeling so hot and itchy all over.

I never sleep on time. I usually sleep after 1 am. So, I obviously never take complete sleep. Still i take a shower in the morning everyday. It is very hygenic to take bath and you have a nice day before you.

Yes, it is necessary.. taking a bath helps you to feel energized and fresh.. you can ask your mom to heat some water for you if you don't have heater in your bathroom.

I haven't taken a bath for 3 years.........but I shower every day :) I always shower in the morning, especially in the summer here in Australia where it is hot and sweaty but I need my shower every day just to wake up and feel fresh and clean.

it necessary to take a bath everyday. Before i go out, i take a bath, even if the weather is cold. It's hygienic and it give others a glimpse of how you present yourself. sometimes, i take a bath 2, 3 times a day especially if it's really hot. It gives the body a refreshing, clean feeling and it's also a way for us to relax..

Hi there, what I learnt when I was 9 at school is, our body is in rest mode when we are sleeping. When we are sleeping the body lets out the toxic through our skin. This toxics will stay on our skin till we take our bath. If we don't bath, then it seeps through our sweat pores and create itchiness on our body. Body will break out sweat which increases the itchiness. Taking bath everyday is good and hygiene too!

showers are quicker and useless water,if you don't have one/can't get one fitted there are plenty of solutions out there including attachments you stick on your taps, guaranteed you'll save time and maybe even a little money off your water bill.

Hello friend, a bath in the morning always freshens me up, irrespective of whether I've had a good night's sleep or not.I don't think there's any relation between the two. I have gone to my classes without bath as well on many days after sleeping really late and it's not harmed me in any way. Still, I would not suggest doing that as it is bound to affect you in the long run.

I think you are either working hard and finding it difficult to have time to bath or you might be little lazy and avoiding to take bath. Well if you are doing regular bath then it will help you remain clean and it also refreshes our body. In this hot weather taking bath is really as our body stink from the days hard work. Well I don't know any convincing advantage with great scientific term which might sound influencing but just a simple suggestion and do it as a particular tradition even if it is difficult due to some problems!!

i am a little lazy sometimes my friend. but if ever i cant take a bath its really either i am just here in our place and i guess it would be a lot of waste if i cant try to expand my knowledge of this all. or if i am sick i cant really have to take a bath. thansk again jhelai

taking bath in the morning is not only hyginic but also makes you refreshed. when we don't get a proper night's sleep then it becomes more necessary to take bath. if we don't take bath then after and hour of work or so we would feel sleepy and that would harm our productivity.

Most of the time, I take my shower at night. That's because I get very dirty during the day, especially if I've been out riding horseback. If I've been out riding, I take my bath the minute I get home because it's been so hot here lately and I get very sweaty. Some people get their bath of the morning because it does help them feel wide awake. I remember my daddy used to get his shower of the morning before he went to work. That's because he used to get up early to go feed the cattle. Kathy.

No, but if it keeps you awake and makes you feel better, why not. I usually take a shower after I come home, especially when I sweat or get dirty from school.
