Do you have to pay for Paypal service? How exactly does that work? What do you use?

I do have paypal. I signed up for a account because I sell on Ebay occasionally and it is a easy way to accept payments for people.

Its free to use. But there is a limit on the transfers for the free accounts. You can get more details from their HELP section.

Yes very secure, and I don't think there are any charges don't know for sure I've heard differnt ways.
