Do you think being a celebrity as one of the best career in the world?

Considering what is happening to the hollywood celebrities not only in hollywood but in other countries as well. they lose their privacy, they get nuts with their instant shot to popularity, they lose their normal lives, though they get to be rich and they get to buy all the things their heart desires. I know it is really cool to be recognized by people when you go outside but that make sit uncool also if you will always be under the people's eye. But other celebrities say that it is the best that happened to them and if they live their life once again that they will still want to be a celebrity. What about you? If you will be given or have the chance a very famous celebrity would you still want it though you can still earn well by other career choice?

No, I would not want to be a celebrity but I would like the money they make. Many of the celebrities like what they do and like the cameras. I do think the media should let the celebrities have some privacy. If they do not want to be on camera sometimes then they should just leave them alone and the fans should also respect the privacy of the celebrities and let them enjoy sometime with family and friend.

No, I don't want to be a celebrity. I'm the kind of person who likes to stay behind the camera. I don't want to make my life public. It's just not for me but maybe for other people.

Can't imagine what we wear, what we eat, whom we hang out with becomes problems for other people. Really can't stand the pressure.

What I think is that being a celebrity is not exactly a career, unless of course you do nothing for a living but people still recognize you the world over.

Celebrities earn big and it is easy to earn money there. You can be rich in a short period of time. That's why many people like to enter in show business. Your private life would also suffer because you are a public figure. If I have a face and have a talent in acting I like to enter showbiz but sad to say I'm not blessed of that qualities.

I wouldn't for any day trade my current life to be a celebrity. Especially in Hollywood, the paps are so crazy! Snapping pictures everywhere even when celebs go for holidays and stuff like that. I pity celebrities sometimes for they are normal humans too and even though their paychecks are more thicker than us and etc, they still deserve a normal life. I wouldn't trade my life being a celebrity because I am not able to sit anywhere and everywhere without being snapped at pictures, without being stalked even on the road and without being watched every second, every minute and every hour. I can understand the anger when there are news celebs punching or trying to attack the paps. I would anytime trade being a celebrity for a book writer or author. I love anonymity of fame in that sense and being a book writer at least is a career that is so cool. I envy authors like J.K Rowling and many more. ;)

I don't think being a celebrity is a best career. It is a best career to make a lof of money in a short time. I prefer a steady and continuous career. The job of being a celebrity is not consistent. If you become old or won't get chances, you will be completely wiped out from the career even if you have experience and you are good in your work. It is a career which gives a lot of money. So, many people want to join the filed and always you have to face a big competition. If you are ready to take risk in life, it is a nice field to try.

No way.. I try not to follow any specific celebrity.. Yes they do have a lot of money, and fame.. But I also see all of the little moments in life that they can not enjoy in peace with their family and personal friends.. Having all of that there is a high expectation that is put on someone that is in the spot light.. They seem to no longer be able to life the life that they want.. Or else their fan base goes away, along with everything else.. Yes money is nice, but not WORTH IT.

very true. it is better to be popular only for a time and be accepted as ordinary citizens again. and being so much popular like internationally is just terrible.

Yes, i think being a celebrity is one of the best, highest-paying career in the world..they earn lots of money but working not as hard as an ordinary employee..Though, if i will choose, i would like more to be a director. Directors earn hundred times more money than the main star in the movie...that's really cool.

I am not sure if I would wanto to be a celebrity. While it would be nice to have the money I am not sure about giving up my privacy. I think some celebrities don't mind the constant cameras, but I know some do. Then when we hear about them getting mad, some people samy mean things about them. Sometimes these camera people go to far I think. Then a few have chased people in their cars!

Yes, I want to be a celebrity! But I don't want to be super famous and controversial. You can have lots of money as a celebrity but still keep the privacy. Like some character actors.

It sounds good. But when you gain, you also lose on the other hand. When you are a celebrity and have a good wealth and fame. People all envy you. However, you also lose your personal life as well as you said. I still prefer to have my life. I love China

Being a celebrity obviously has its advantages and disadvantages. I think if I were going to do it I would work really hard at it for a couple years, get my fame and my fortune, then just quit and go back to living a normal life hopeing that people would eventually no longer be interested in every thing I did. There have been some celebrities over time that just stop acting, and now live normal lives, that is what I would want to do.

every job needs hard work. I think being a celebrity is one of the best careers in the world but you must have sacrifices like giving up much of your privacy or private life. I wanna be a celebrity. LOL

I would hate the invasion of privacy, not just for me but for the rest of my family. It's so sad that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner had to get a court order barring the papparazzi from their little daughter Violet's pre-school. Their poor little girl gets hounded everywhere. I'm quite happy knowing that I will make a difference for the few lives that I touch in my lifetime. Making a difference to just one person makes everything worthwhile.

NO, I do not believe being a celebrity is the best job in the world...I think having a job you love and look forward to going to every day and can be productive at is the best job in the world.....now-where can I find that job???
