If you were homeless??

My friend, over here, homelessness and no money is usually mutually exclusive, many of the people stand by the street with a help sign don't necessary homeless like you think. If the purpose of me standing by street holding a sign is because i am broke and with no penny in my pocket, then my sign will say " Please! Spare me with your change, i am penniless, God bless! " Or if i am hungry, then it will read " Please help me, i am hungry. God bless you!"

"Pray for me and if it is in your heart to help financially or with a job, it would be most appreciative." However, a good percentage of the homeless have gotten so used to being on the street, that they cannot survive in the real world. Some have gotten a job, only to be back on the streets shortly after.

Hey, If I was a homeless person with a cardboard sign I would probably write something like "What would Jesus Do?" And that would probably make the people think, and hopefully they would donate some money to me. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

This is an interesting question.Hope this won't happen to anybody. If I were in that position, my sign board will say: Need job, please help. By, Homless person Right now, I don't have a home. I live in a rented apartment. I don't think god will let me to the condition described above. Happy mylotting.

Seriously, like the other responders, I would ask for a job rather than money. If people are going to help you, they need to know you are going to do something constructive with their help. That is sad to imagine and there is only one thing that I think I might put and that is "Need money place help with an honest job". I think I rather get a job than beg for money because it's hard for me to ask people for lones and by just imagenig me begin for money I don't think I would be able. But I hope I will never have know.

it's really a sad condition.it's hard and pitiful being left on the streets with no food and no shelter.my sign will probably read,"will work for home and food".I would take a job that will support my needs.
