My husband is on a diet and i find it very funny that he can eat a salad then he eats a curry and then he had half a cake.Just to mention that was just one meal for him that took an hour to eat, that is two days meals to me and most people i know.He sits in a chair all night watching the tv after eating his meals,i do not have the heart to tell him to get up and burn all the food off that he eats.Anyone else knows anyone else whos on a diet that is this kind of so called diet?

diet - diet foods
Men can eat a lot of foods even on a single eating. Men and women had a different metabolism. The funny thing is that your husband is suppose to be on his diet. That's not the way how to do the diet thing. I think you have to remind him always that the quantity of foods he eat is can not be called a proper dieting. Every time he do that eating spree it will only add to the fats that have been stored his body. He should do some exercise. And eat only the diet foods picture below to help him get rid of the fats stored in his body. Have a good day!

I wish I had that problem. My husband is a health/diet fanatic. It makes it hard when the time comes that you want to eat a piece of cake and he gives you the evil eye. But seriously, its easier to diet and keep active when you're doing it together. Instead of TV, how about a walk or wash the car. Some people don't like the words "diet" or "exercise" but are willing to "stay active" and "eat right."

I don't suggest diet for a healthy person. Why should one diet if he is engaged in physical activities. Till the age of 30 one need not diet. But after 30 its wise to check up the blood pressure and the sugar levels. After that you may plan a diet.

LOL well, I am not sure how big the salad was or what it had. I also keep hearing that men can gain and lose weight easier than women. I am not sure what you can do, that is other than telling him he needs to move. I wish you good luck.

I know what you mean I think the best advice you can share with him is to walk r ride a bike. To lose weight is not only eating right but moving around as well. I am on a diet as well but I move around a lot more than I use to. Walking really helps but anything that makes your body move will help you lose if you eat right. Take care and happy mylotting to you as well.

Jugs, break it to him.. he is not on a diet LOL Men and women do have a different metabolism and in addition at night the metabolic rate slows down so eating all that food and then sitting down to watch TV may not be a good idea.
