Oh, i cant do it, but... its ok!~~.... HOW DIFFICULT TO SAY NO???

Hm... 'NO' is only one work... with two letters... but some people have trouble when comes to the situation when they have to say NO!!! Ok, of course that there's certain condition that we can easily say no... just example: when people ask you to smoke... or try something dangerous... But there's big tendency you will afraid to say no... When it comes to boss invitation... champagne and other alcohol beverages are there and you have to drink, even you actually was born with that drink never enter your throat... or... when it comes to friend who ask you to lie about something that may dangerous to both of you, but because you care about this person, and you want to help her/him, then you can still do it!My clinical instructor told me that a girl lost her honor certificate as summa cumlaude graduate because of one incident she made. During her internship in hospital, they found out that she signed for her close friend an attendance. Its actually a small thing, but because... she cant say NO for GOOD thing.. then... BAD THING follows her... There's a quote: Evil comes when good men do nothing!Actually, im a type of person who is really consider with my senior, i did many things that sometimes to please them... but after listening that story, i think everything twice before i please people. Im thankyou to my clinical instructor!

It's really difficult to say no to your close friends, specially to your family. My sister did something wrong to me, but when in times that she is in trouble i always ended up helping here even i say NO,not going to help her, coz im emotionally attached to my family that's why sometimes you get abused for being helpful. I onced made an assignment for my friend but i never tried to put him on attendance coz that too obvious i might get suspended from school. Sometimes we only try to help them but it's ended up the bad things happened to us.

I used to have a hard time saying no to people also. I finally got to the point where I could say it though. I do not want to hurt people but we have to say no to them alot of times to save ourselves.
