You know that old people, grandparents, maybe parents if they are older like to remember about the past, about theirs life, about what they like to remember when are relax. Do you like to listen old stories about theirs life? Or this make you nervious, because you are not a patient person? Grandfathers and fathers like to remember about army, or about how much handsome they was, and grandmothers about party, old fashion, or maybe when your grandfather kiss first time. Is relaxing for you to listen this old story, who maybe make your grandparents to feel good, and make them to feel important...or you just say....YOU ARE BORING, LET ME IN PEACE, IS ENAUGH, I DON T HEAR SAME STORY AGAIN AND AGAIN?

I really like to hear my grandparents about it. Beacuse I love then as they also love me. I just understand there situation its because they need to be listened and cared for. They act like kids again . I like t entertain and admire it so that when I grow old I will be traeted same way to my grandkids. Its good to know their exprienced as a young person. I'm sure we can learn more from them because they already done that life and we are still going forward to live.

hi, we think that they are like kids...they are not, we are like kids, even we are mature, and refuse to see the simple and wonderful part of life

I used to love to hear the stories of my grandparents youth. I think there is a lot to be learned from elderly people. They have lived lives that we may never know and can give strong advice about things we will face. I know that sometimes they can repeat stories but I don't mind them repeated

When i was growing up and used to visit my grandfather's place during vacations, I and my siblings would hear stories of long ago and it was interesting and funny sometimes. My grandfather would also tell stories of the present or his happenings while away from home either in the farm or out drinking and playing cards with friends. But I have a grandfather too, well my grandfather's brother who has the most interesting stories to tell and by far the most creative and enthusiatic storyteller. Well you need to be patient really because if you just sit there and really listen to him it will take you the whole day because he won't let up LOL. So every time I and cousins came for a visit and there he was ready to tell a story I make sure he has another audience because i have already heard the stories before. Hmmm, i'm one of the oldest cousins so I have heard the stories ahead of the younger ones. And I have found a way to escape from the audience LOL

I do love listening to my grandparents and older people tell stories about how things were in the old times. My grandfather does repeat his stories A LOT because he doesn't remember that he told that story several times beforehand. My grandmother and other older people in my family don't really repeat the same stories and plus my grandmother is a very good story teller.

I have a grandmother who loves to narrate everything about in life, sometimes I cannot hide my boredom with her, that my reactions is to obvious that I am not interested in what she is telling. It is annoying at times, but at times I had to bear listening.

Yes whenever my grandmother tells me stories about her past, when our country was ruled by british rulers and how they troubled our country men.How badly and ruthlessly they hurt several families how they use to save their lives everyday.Simalarly other stories too and i really liked to hear her.She tells me about all her struggles that she had during her times and it realy makes me lost in those days.

It depends on the situation. If I am not in a hurry or don't have any other agenda, I have no problem listening to the elderly about whatever has happened to them before. In fact their experiences can give us lots of inspirations and they could prove very invaluable.

I'm one of the unlucky ones who did not enjoy the love of grandparents. They were gone long before I was old enough to understand their role in my life. I envy those who have them in their family, surely there is so much wisdom that the young can learn from and live by. If my grandparents were still here, I would listen to their stories and spend quality time with them, so that I will have happy memories before it's time for them to leave.

When I was younger I like to listen to the stories of my grandparents as I like history. I think I have learned some lessons from it. I am older now and I don't see them that much anymore, I think I don't want to hear those stories again not unless I can't sleep and I need a bedtime story.

i do. i am such a history fanatic that i will listen to anyone in regards to history. my father in law has probably the most interesting of stories. he was born in germany, during ww2 he was a year away from joining the hitler youth and was out in a soccer field playing soccer with his pals and a kind american air force guy who could have easily gunned them down, chose not to because perhaps they were just kids...

I really like to listen to my grandma's past and I believe that she likes telling stories to her grandchildren. It's interesting to learn about the past and what it was like. You will be amazed at what you can learn from them. They lived through the century and they are the best people to interview! I love my grandma. But sometimes she doesn't remember whether she told us the story before and so she would repeat it to us but hey, when you get old your memory starts to lag so I don't blame her.

Yes, I do and the lessons and things that they have taught me are a big part of the reason I am the man i am today. My family has passed down the history of our family this way since i was young. Those who don`t listen to the grandparents need to remember they too will get old if they are lucky and I am sure they will want someone to listen to them.

yes i like to hear them tell stories. when i was in my fourth grade my mom left us with out grandparents, and grandfather would always tell stories about 'those days'. there are a lot of things to learn from their stories, i love looking back and thinking how they lived then, when there were no tvs and not that much car. they walk long hours to get to another place. my grandfather was a farmer and carpenter and fisherman. my grandfather has so many stories to tell, he never ran out of stories.

Grand parents are living in second child stage i.e 7th stage according to the shakespere. They have the proper decisions for the problems that we are facing today. They are very experienced person in their life. obviously when we sit and have a chat with them. It makes us to feel relax similar to that of playing with a child. We can also gain knowledge from them. We can feel how they had lived when they express...
