Do you like more fruiys or vegetables? Sweet food or salt food?

i like more fruits, even i eat a lot of vegetables. Both are very healthy, have a lot of vitamins, minerals and water. But are people who really like sweet food, they are addicted of sugar, and fruits have a lot of sugar..fruits are not very good for weight. You know that vegetables have sugar too? not to much as fruits have, but vegetables have sugar too. So, if you must choice, what you will choice? fruits or vegetables? do you like salt or sweet food?

I like both fruits and vegetables, but I have a horrible sweet tooth, so I prefer fruits.

i think i love all of them it just depend on the time and mood under which i want to take any of them, i like to take fruits very early in the morning and i don't like taking sugary foods because the sugar level of blood is at its highest very early in the morning, hence it will be ideal toe exercise and let it go down, i take as much water as i can consume daily

Well I really like them both. I guess if I had to choose I would say fruit because I have a bit of a sweet tooth. But I really do love my vegetables too though. But there are certainly some amazing fruits that I love to eat. I had a a strawberry rhubarb pie yesterday and it was sooooo good. That was kind of the best of both worlds.

Well, I like vegetables more than fruits.. I eat any type of veggie as long as it tastes good and has the essential nutrients that i need to sustain my healthy lifestyle.. i am diabetic and i am not allowed to feast on fruits and some vegetables that are too sweet or starchy..

My preference on the type of food I want to eat depends on what day this question is presented to me.I have a set routine when it comes to the food I eat. I like to keep my intake in control, and rarely stray away form what I actually need, instead of going after everything my taste buds or gut might want at that particular time. i prefer certain veggies over most fruit. When given a choice of either a fried fish plate from Golden Skillet or ice cream and cake, I'll pick the fish more often than not. If I were to create a tier list of food categories, Salty food would go at the top, and non-fruit sweets would probably be at the bottom.
