How large is your family? All live in same country in same city? You know how many cousins do you have? From mother side or from father side? To Christmas all your family come toghether in your grandparents home? Or you just have a small family, just you with a brother or with a sister and your parents? Where from your family are? from country where you live now or from other country?

hi marianna! actually i think i have a smaller family than the others... and i think all of us are living on the same country...but different province, well actually we don't live that far from each other...actually i am the farthest from them...hehehe but i see to it that i visit them once every year... on my father's side, i still have a grandmother, 6 uncles, 3 aunts, 5 cousins...well i am just talking of the first degrees...we still have other relatives on my father's side but i think that is too many to mention here...i still know some of our relatives up to 3rd or 4th degree... on my mom's side, i just have 1 uncle and an aunt plus 3 cousins, one of my cousin is already married and have 1 child, i have no more grand parents on mom's side but i have lots of 2nd degree aunts and grand parents... all of us are living on the same town and country...only few are on different town or country... i wish we can have a reunion one day, but sadly it seems that its impossible to happen coz all are busy in their respective lives! have a nice day!

I guess you could say that I have a big family. I have a total of 21 cousins. 18 on my mom's side and 3 on my dad's. Though I only have on sibling and two kids of my own. All my grandparents are deceased, but when my maternal grandmother was alive she'd make sure to get the family together. Now that she is gone and all of the cousins are grown it's rare for all of us to get together.

I do have a large family. My mom had 2 sisters and 4 brothers, and my dad had a sister and brother. My mom actually had the least amount of children with the 4 of us, her siblings produced 17. My dad family gave me 7 cousins. So that's 24 cousins. It was always hard to keep track though because by the time I was 5/6 the oldest cousins were getting married and having babies. It's surprising, but most of us still live in the area. When I was little, we used to get together on a regular basis. Now, though we don't get together too often. It's easy to get caught up in your own life and family.

I live with my mom in Belgium. The rest of my family lives here too. My parents were divorced and I do not have any brothers or sisters. I don't know 2 of my 5 aunts because of fights within the family. But we've accepted that and we are one big happy family now. I go to visit my grandma on regular bases and we do lots of stuff together. I could miss her for one bit!

i know that our family is big, it's just that we're not really close with all of them, some we don't even know. but for our immediate family, we're less than 20 including cousins, lol and we live in different cities. At least closer than those families whose relatives live in different countries :)

Not anymore, marianna; infact, I've become the matriarch of my family--Ooo, yuck! I still have a three brothers and a few cousins and nieces and nephews, but all the old folks are gone and now I am the old folk. Our family reunions get smaller and smaller each year. Whenever we do get together it is a most joyous time.

My husband has a very large family and most of them live down here in Florida nearby. He has two brothers, many nephews and those nephews are married with chidren of their own so we have lots of kids running around. His son is here, two of my daughters are here. Four of our nine grandchildren are here. We also have grown children and grandchildren living very far away, close to where my sisters, brother, nieces, nephews and my parents are.

My mother has a brother and so has my father. My mother's brother has a daughter and she is my only cousin on my mother's side. She is a lot younger than me and I have often looked after her in the past. I have spent a lot of time with her, and we often met at my grandmother's. We live on the same island, but not in the same town. My father's brother has 3 children (two sons and a daugther), they are much older than me, and I have never had a close relationship to them. When I was a child my oldest cousin already had 2 children. He is a nice person and we sometimes talk when we meet at my grandmother's, but I don't have a lot in common with him. My youngest cousin is also a nice person, and he very talkative and easy to talk to. My uncle's daughter is the only cousin that I don't talk to. She lives in the other end of the country and I hardly ever see her. I never really got the chance to get to know her. When I was a child, my grandparents, my parents and my father's brother used to celebrate christmas together, and at that time I always spent christmas with my cousins. Now I usually celebrate chrsitmas with my parents, my brother and my grandparents.

Hello mlarianna45!!! Well like you mentioned I have a big family. I live in a joint family and it consist of my Grandfather, grandmother, two uncles, their wife and so on. I am not a christian so we don't celebrate Christmas. But we have other kinds of festivals. And on these festivals apart from the family we live, we also call up relatives who don't live in the same house. And we really have lot of fun with things to eat and talk talk and talk. If I have to consider the relatives, then our family is really large haha and I don't even recognize many relatives...... Happy mylotting..

i am from india and have a large family and its fabulous. i have 4 uncles and 4 aunts and lots of cousins and most of us stay in the same city. it is great fun during our festivals when we all get together and cook and eat food. it is amazing to have so many people to be able to share everything. even on sundays, we all move around to each of our relative's house and it is so easy to kill the time.
