I love them straight from the garden. When I grow them they don't even make it into the house, I eat them as I'm picking them. Sweet as candy and obviously much better for you.

I used to grow them and your right! They are good even raw! LO! I'd used them in my Wok, when doing Asian food, and I liked to make them with the small (cocktail) onions with a light cheese sauce over them! ave fun while their in season!

I have grown them and have also bought them. They are also called sugar snap peas. Anything that makes it easy to do more veggies is a winner.

They are delicious, my favourite way to eat snap peas is raw, but they are also very tasty in a variety of dishes. One way I love to have them is is slightly fried in olive oil and garlic, with a little seasoning as a side dish with grilled meat or fish. The advantage of snap peas is they always give a fresh taste to a meal.
