Google CHROME OS..Will this be a threa to Microsoft Windows?

I found this news about Google building its own Operating system with the help of other people that will be called Chrome coined after its browser Google Chrome. Will this become a threat to Microsoft's software empire. Share your opinions guys.

I think it would be nice to get a new operating system out there. I am tired of windows. I am tired of thinking that I have to use their system and their software so that I can use a computer. I think if it becomes available, I will go out right away and buy it because I am so tired of microsoft in general.

As for me i don't care what happens, Microsoft can go to hell. I don't hate them, because of the price of their product rather because they are too manipulative. To me they are bullies. am not worried about the price of their product, cos you can get microsoft Vista free or with $1 down here. I guess that wit $20, i can get over 50 software. They rip and burn software here without thinking about copywrite issues.

The business have more competition.It is normal on the world.The markets are not monopoly,must more race.The consumer will get cheapest from the racing.
